In addition, the hotel is located next to a row of bars and restaurants. The area is very lively at night. The number of reasonably priced tapas bars, restaurants, and pastry shops made our stay very comfortable as well.
The main issue we had with the hotel was the room. We stayed as a family of four in Room 2, which was a family room. The downstairs area had two separate beds and the loft upstairs had one large bed. While the room was spacious, it was impossible to match the temperature of the two areas.
At night, my wife and I would be sweating upstairs and having trouble sleeping from the heat. In the meantime, my children would be covered in blankets downstairs because of the cold. The multiple heaters in the room, including one radiator and two wall heaters, did absolutely nothing to match the temperatures of the two areas. Hotel management should stay in the room themselves for one night to figure out how a normal family is supposed to sleep there with sweltering hot temperatures upstairs in the loft and freezing temperatures downstairs in the first floor.
Close to bus and taxi stops.
Surrounded by several restaurants.
Clean hotel and good rooms
With the typical Granada architecture.
The only negative point of the room is the constant downspout smell from the bathroom.
The rest correct.
The breakfast was a bit fair...but since it was included in the room price we took it.
Machine coffee and milk...as well as juice.
Some bread and pastries and fruit.
Nothing special.
The only negative point was that the building next to the hotel was under construction and from 6.30 am you could hear voices, bangs, bangs and similar noises throughout the day.
Impossible to open windows
That ruined the stay. But of course it's not the establishment's fault.
The staff very friendly and attentive.
We would definitely repeat but when construction work next door is finished.

Lots of bars & restaurants close by so the fact it hasn’t got a bar isn’t really an issue.
Rooms were spacious, clean and tidy
The safe isn’t a combination lock so you have to collect a key from reception who were always very helpful
Would definitely recommend
The staff were very helpful.
Top tip - use the valet parking as driving around is difficult and it costs no more than parking yourself.
Note the hotel doesn’t have a bar
The location is within steps of every where you want to go, rooms are large, comfy beds, great bathrooms.
Breakfast is good, public rooms are large and comfortable
The staff is so so kind. We had a bottle of wine that we wanted to share with friends after dinner, the gentleman at the front desk found us glasses and a cork screw. My Spanish isn’t great, everyone spoke English but they were all happy to put up with my fractured Spanish.
Highly recommend

The only downside to the hotel is that the room was awkward. Access to the upstairs is through a narrow spiral staircase that made it difficult to carry a suitcase upstairs. And the ceiling to enter the staircase to come down is very low, several of us bumped our heads until we got used to having to duck (and we're not tall). Adding some foam to the edge of the ceiling would be a nice gesture. :-). The room also lacked any sort of view, with windows opening out to a narrow walled column.
The location was perfect for our needs, convenient to lots of shopping/dining/attractions with a nearby taxi stand less than a block away in the main city plaza. I would definitely stay here again.
