Excellent first impressions! Reception/Lobby beautifully appointed, staff professional and polite. We were located a spacious and well equipped room on the 3rd floor, which came with quiet and efficient air con (much appreciated), fridge, large TV, safety deposit box, comfortable bed linen although the bed itself was extremely hard. Bright bathroom, excellent shower lots of thoughtful little touches. The whole...

This hotel is in walking distance of the main part of town. Our room was not ready and the staff went out of their way to secure our luggage. The front desk staff avoided us when we returned and it was difficult to get them to communicate although their English was very good. Our room was very modern but had...

The Saray Hotel is very unique. Great decor, modern room decor but the lobby is shades of Alhambra ! Within walking distance of the city restaurants and department stores. Free wifi, minibar and glass elevators.

This was a pleasant, friendly hotel. We had both a group dinner and breakfast as part of our stay with Insight Vacations. The food was ok, not very good or excellent. There is a small pool and deck area that we did not use. The room was nice, and the people at the front desk were friendly. I would call...

The pool area was okay, but definitely not as beautiful as showcased by the photos, but more disappointing was the room. It could have used some updating as our bed was slanted, the furniture had marks and the floor was dirty. On the plus side, it was an easy walk to the city center and in a quiet area. At...

This hotel was an extreme disappointment, and definitely taught us to do our deeper research and book in advance. We were staying in Sevilla and were ready to move on to Cordoba and Granada for several days. We ended up booking the Saray hotel as it was listed as 4 stars, looked fairly decent from the photos, and the idea...

We stayed here for three nights while touring Granada, it was clean, it was well run, the pool was not as large as we thought, but again clean, and a nice respite after walking all over Granada. The staff was helpful, the breakfast buffet was very complete, and over all easy to get places once you figured it out. It...

This hotel is very central...we walked everywhere in Granada from here. Clean, decent sized room, nice staff. Disappointed with the swimming pool...more of a plunge than a swimming pool. Otherwise very decent place

A convenient, comfortable hotel on the edge of the old town in Granada. Good size rooms, good service. Lots of tour groups use it so you need to avoid peak times. We found that the breakfast menu is actually good value compared to some of the cafes in the old town.

We stayed here for 3 nights and were very happy with our choice. The hotel is a little out of the centre but a very easy walk, Grananda is a busy city and it was great to be able to get back to the Saray and relax for a few hours by the pool. Our room was good, very clean,...
