The hotel was lovely, modern and clean and the staff were very helpful!! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We chose to eat our evening meal in the hotel as not sure if the weather would have dampened going out to a restaurant, and I have to say the food was lovely!! Also great choice at the breakfast buffet.
Great hotel, very nice rooms, comfortable, stylish and well located. The staff incredible kind and helpful!! Highly recommended!! The parking is located in the same building which is really nice and you can walk everywhere from there. We didn't try the restaurant but we did go to the bar and enjoyed a drink in a very good atmosphere!!
These guys were absolutely great! Among the best places I've ever, ever stayed! (I stay in hotels 50+ times a year.) The front desk was extremely helpful!!! The gentleman at the front desk gave us directions to places, helpful hints, recommendations. He was wonderful! (And sadly, I've forgotten his name....) The rooms were exceptional - clean, comfy, almost luxurious! Everything about them was perfect - comfy beds; well-designed and clean restrooms; tv and wifi worked perfectly. Our only hiccup came from an A/C issue. I called the front desk and they had someone up within minutes to fix it. It worked perfectly after that. (Actually, it was my fault because I had the window open....) I would stay there a hundred times again, and I would recommend them to anybody! Highest marks to these guys!!!…
4 star Hotel, great standard of finish inside. Bed was massive comfy and pillows were amazing, great night's sleep, shower was lovely and there was a hairdryer in the bathroom. No tea tray in the room which we found a little odd, but there was a decent room service menu. Staff were lovely, very helpful and polite. Breakfast was buffet style, sadly disappointing, the 'hot' selection, was barely warm so inedible for me. I had a few of the pastries but not worth it, they were pale undercooked and unappetising. Beware when parking, as like a lot of city car parks its so blooming tight, my bf worked his magic to avoid scratching our hire car, while I had my eyes closed, praying to escape safely😆
Excellent location, very modern and clean. Very close to a very good restaurant that we loved. La pataleta excellent food and service. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the location and the hotel restaurant
We were four (2 adult and 2 children ) we had 2 communicated room . The breakfast was good, the accommodation excellent . Hotel very clean and design close to the old city . Perfect for our city trip in Granada . Personnel professional . The hotel has a parking but take care if you usually drive SUV . All in all very good choice .
We had booked for 2 nights and when checking in mentionned to the Front desk staff that we might want to stay an extra night. He quoted a rate which was well above the one we had paid with Booking.com so asked why would it be the case if I was to extend directly with the hotel. He said I was free to extend the night on Booking.com! As a former hotelier, I fail to comprehend how a hotel would encourage a staying guest to extend his stay witn an OTA! Apart from that the hotel facilities were top notch and the breakfast offering very good. Overall a great hotel where we will be happy to stay again when visiting Granada.
Excellent hotel. Room was super clean and spacious. Breakfast was among the best we ever had. Service is top notch, very attentive and responsive, and always with a smile. The minimum of 200 words for the review is excessive
The hotel is very well located in Granada, near the Cathedral. You can also take awalk to the Bullring of Granada . The room was nice. The staff friendly and gave us tip of restaurants and other things to do in Granada.
The hotel is clean, modern and walking distance to the centre ( not a short walk). The room size and furniture is standard ( no coffee/ tea facilities). There is no one to great or help lifting the luggage up the stairs and no obvious sign of alternative entrance. The staff do a perfect job checking you in/out but were not helpful when asked for assistance in booking touristic attractions or when l phoned asking for first aide/ simple plaster when l injured my finger, didn’t bother calling back or sending anything, my friend had to walk to the nearest pharmacy. Such behaviour does not match the rating of the hotel. I will not stay there again.
