I spent a week in this apartments and I was disappointed about the quality of the accommodation: run down, not clean, dump stains on the walls, broken shower and no views. If you are looking for a charming place in the Albayzin, this is not the place. Location was good but noisy as there is a bar just opposite the door. Wi-Fi is weak too.
Very strategically placed appartaments to take full advantage of the vibrant Albaizin district. We stayed in the top floor "Acebo" appartament complete with spacious rooftop terrace. The flat itself was very roomy, well furnished and comfortable. Kitchen area meant we could cook too. Reasonably priced: € 155 for two people for two nights in September. Wifi available. The owner, Javier, is courteous, helpful and often on site. Recommended.
A slight disappointment. The apartment is spacious but in weary condition. Beds not comfortable at all. Bathroom very small and hot water available for a short time only. We chose to stay in Albayzin, which was a mistake, we should have opted for city center and go to Albayzin by taxi in the evening. Go for it if you can get a good rate and you are concerned about budget, else there are nicer options in Granada
We enjoyed a great one-bedroom apartment with a private and spacious terrasse for breakfast up in the very attractive world heritage site Albaicin neighborhood. This is the area you want to be in when visiting Grenada: you are on the hill facing the Alhambra, and within walking distance of the twon center below. Getting there by car is not easy, but with a good map and if you don't mind driving the narrow streets, you'll reach the place and its private parking. The owner welcomes you and gives you all needed information to enjoy the neighborhood and the city. Only downside: we found the bed in the master bedroom too soft.
We booked this apartment at the last minute on an overnight stay in Granada. We have stayed in a few different hotels and apartments in the past but never any as clean or spacious as these. It is well hidden in the narrow winding back streets of the Albacin, we drove and the apartments have underground parking but be warned navigating these streets is not for the faint hearted. My advice park on the outskirts and get a taxi or bus in! The rooms are really light bright and exceptionally clean and comfortable. Well equipped for self catering however with an abundance of tapas bars locally you'd probably be crazy to attempt cooking... Without doubt the best we've stayed in for the price!
