Our apartment (# 11) provided us a wonderful base in Granada. Checkin was easy with the information we were given by email. And we were upgraded to an executive suite with a big shower and spacious living room/kitchen. 😊 Also the apartment has little touches like carved woodwork near the ceilings, inlaid work around the bed frame and beautiful views of the Alhambra. Muralla Ziri is in the lower Albayzín and close to Plaza Nueva—great for getting anywhere in this amazing city. The apartments are quiet, safe and clean. The owners have given information about good places to eat nearby, which we took advantage of. So helpful! And it’s near the San Augustin Market—a great place to browse and buy everything you need for a great meal prepared with all the kitchen equipment you’d need at the apartment. The receptionist (available till 1 pm daily) is very kind and helpful. And we were allowed a late checkout and luggage storage on our last day. This was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in Spain. …
We stayed for 2 nights over the weekend. The apartment was clean and well equiped. Staff was very helpful and provided us with tips. We stayed at the ground floor apartment, as we were basically there for sleeping only. If you want to relax at the place, I recommend to take a studio in the upper floors.
Beware: The building next door is under construction. It probably won't be done until Late 2019. Hammers, drills, voices, music will wake you up at 8am. The two buildings share a common wall. Also, I had to pay additional Euros (not mentioned on Booking.com) to use all three beds in a 3 bedroom apartment. I paid 940 Euros only to find out that if we used all three beds, we would have to pay additional Euros in cash to use all three beds. One king, one queen and one twin, in a closet-size room. My 13 and 16-year-old children were supposed to share a bed after the high fee I already paid? Ridiculous. The first-floor apartment is next to the heavy front door that slams with a bang every time you go in and out. The owner sent me the wrong code for the front door and was very rude when I called saying I couldn't get in the first day. My advice, stay somewhere else.…
Eva helped us to get the very best out of our stay in Granada with great add-on tours and other help. Memorable view of the Alhambra from our bedroom and from the terrace and the apartment added atmosphere to our visit
It took a little while to find in the charming alley-like streets, but it was worth it ! We had a very nice one bedroomed apartment , reasonably priced and well equipped. Excellent shower. Very clean. Great, central location. Lovely lady reception...Eva ? We booked a "Superior Apartment with Balcony" so were a little disappointed to find that the bedroom and lounge just had Juliet balconies with French windows....nothing you could sit on ! There was the option to go the house next door and use the communal roof terrace ...which has stunning views of the Alhambra ( which we did). A great choice...we would recommend that you ensure you have your own balcony/terrace...so we would book the Penthouse or similar ?
Me and my partner stayed in apartment 9 for 2 nights in October. The apartment was really well equipped for 2 people and was immaculately clean. The bathroom was very high tech - the shower was amazing. The location is excellent , really well placed for all the important sites with a plethora of bars and restaurants to choose from. In addition , the roof top terrace was a lovely place to unwind with a beer before going out for the night, with spectacular views of the Alhambra. We were also given a list of recommended tapas bars which we took full advantage of. The lady on reception was so helpful. She booked me a taxi for our very early departure time and tickets for the Genealife which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend :0)
Central , safe location , clean , spacious with a beautiful view on the terrace . Ideal for romantic trip or business . Good recommendation for my best friend . Nice memory of this place .Great city to discover .
We stayed in the Penthouse and it was nothing short of amazing - especially the view. It was terrific to have space to spread out, and to eat a quiet breakfast while looking at the Alhambra from our private deck in the morning. The elevator straight into the apartment was also a huge plus. The location was perfect. Quiet but also one block to all the action. Loved it, and can’t wait to go back!!
We stayed here for a work trip, renting all of the apartments. We found the location to be incredible - just a short walk from all that we wanted to see, eat, and drink. The rooms were clean and well cared for, and a lot of effort was put into making sure that we had exactly what we needed. The staff was so attentive to our needs, always checking in to make sure that we were comfortable and well taken care of. We really felt at home here, and wouldn't hesitate to come back.
We stayed 3 nights based on a recommendation from Michelin green guide. Wanted to book a regular double but only 2 apartments were available. We were not interested in having the big jacuzzi tub so we went for the studio, apartment#8. The good - the reception was friendly and warm. Eva was very clear when booking that the ladder to the bed loft is very steep and narrow. She emailed plenty ( maybe even too much) information about arriving and parking. The location of the apartment is good, centrally located. The bedroom was simple but sweet. Nice comfy bed, beautiful wood beam ceiling. The kitchenette is clean, stocked with the basics for 2 people. The bad - mostly centers around the bathroom. Peeling paint in the shower and under the sink. Wood door frame rotting on the bottom. The floor is no longer it's original white (?) color but a grimy grey/black that had apparently built up over the years. Same with the terracotta tiles in the living room. Towels were not up to snuff 2 days in a row, apparently because they are having trouble with their laundry service. The couch in the living area is worn and uncomfortable. Overall the living area and bathroom just feel worn out, more like a student/hippie pad. While not dirty, it does not give the feeling of being nice and clean. This apartment is advertised as a three star. I am not sure what criteria they use, but I think it is more like a one or two star property. Unfortunately it did not meet our expectations.…
