We really enjoyed our guided tour of the Al Hambra. It was informative in well spoken English. It was easy to make an appointment and everything was clear, inluding instructions how to get to the Al Hambra. We would recommend.
We recently stayed at the Hotel Arabeluj during our summer break. We were welcomed with a parking spot directly outside, which was welcome in the glaring heat. The building itself is beautifully appointed, and our room, although perhaps a little basic, was spotless and well maintained, providing a great view across the old city and air conditioning (although, unfortunately, it did take a while to kick in and couldn't be left running if you left the room). The staff were charming and accommodating, explaining how to get to the ancient centre of Granada and the Alhambra, both within short walking distance (although we opted for a very inexpensive taxi in both cases due to the extreme heat). I would heartily recommend anyone visiting Granada to stay here.
Very Best Guide for Alhambra. Very professionel, very Good Knowledge and super friendly. We can Highly recommend! Hotel is very Good as well. Service very friendly and Location is Perfect to visit Alhambra. Only the Breakfast is a Little Bit unusual
Ouf.. where should I start man. We stayed in the junio suite because, why not. Our plan was to stay there 2 nights, but we resulted in checking out after one night. The staff was nice. But rooms. Man.. cmon.. let me sum the pros and cons: Pro: -nice view - aircon worked but leaked a bit of water - nice balcony - nice staff Cons - filthy rooms - stinky bathroom with dirty and stinky shower - prestained bed with hairs (just looked like they didn’t change the sheets man.. - toe nails on the balcony - breakfast not so good, but they try.. - there was a earthquake 😂 4.5 on the ricky scale To be honest, we didn’t even complain, we couldn’t bother because we don’t care about the money.. but the funny and cringy thing was that the reception didn’t even ask why we checked out early, he catched my vibe😎 This is just criticism so they start washing their rooms 😂…
Fantastic location, both close enough to walk into the centre whilst also being at a height allowing you to look over some splendid views. Excellent service at the beautiful bar, whether it is breakfast, lunch or dinner you are very well attended to and can enjoy more views of the city with some relaxing music. Highly recommend using the laundry service they provide. Strongly recommend asking the hotel for guide recommendations, they have experts who will take you on a thorough tour around the area at a fantastic price.
Stayed 2 nights in room 103 with private balcony. Room wasn't ready when we arrived. Not a problem! We were asked if we would like a coffee while we wait, great! The room was quickly readied so we booked in and the receptionist passed us a 4euro bill for the drinks!!!$ Breakfast was slow and over priced. We didn't try the menu as it looked expensive however the room....wow! The view! All very clean and a great price. Recommended but all let down by the service
This hotel is situated close to the Alhambra and has the most fantastic views of the city of Granada. The rooms though small are very comfortable with good shower rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast was very good.
Well located in a quite area but only 15 mins walk to the city. Rooms are comfortable with stunning views over the city of Granada. Even the shower has a view over the city! Take the superior room with terrace for the best views. Free parking outside (although few spaces). We enjoyed 2 nights here.
I really enjoyed the location which was overlooking Granada and was on the hill side next to the Alhambra. Views from the room and the breakfast area were stunning. The Alhambra is 10-15min walk away. Breakfast came in variations depending on the price and was good but did not offer the biggest variety. The room generally was clean but had some hair on the floor. The double bed came with 2 matraces and was thus a bit unusual for normal hotel standards (normally 1 big mattress). The wifi worked just fine. The shower was hot and the bathroom had all it needed with the exception of a hairdryer. Lovely decoration in public areas and the room. Breakfast was served from 8-11am —- as I had a ticket to the Alhambra at 9am this did not leave me much time to enjoy breakfast (walk of 15min and you have there 20min earlier).…
Stayed for 2 nights at this small but excellent hotel. It is close to the train station, town centre and of course the Alhambra. We had a superior room with balcony and the views are amazing, just as good and if not better than the hotel imagery. Great bathroom with good power shower. The staff were really friendly and keen to explain local points of interest. To get the fantastic views you have to be at height, so the hotel is on a fairly steep hill. If you struggle with hills there are lots of shuttle buses and taxis are cheap. Would recommend, but if you stay pay a little extra and have the full length balcony, it is worth every penny!
