We stayed at this hotel for 28 days. Great location in Costa Del Sol - right in the beach. Clean and good sized rooms. Only a bar refridge in the room - no coffee maker or kettle. We had many of our meals here. All buffet style and great choices. But the noise in the dining area is very loud - making it difficult to converse with friends. Otherwise a great hotel. Many other restaurants close by with reasonable prices and varied menus.
After looking at this hotel online we thought as it was near the airport we would go for it. We were disappointed, queues at reception, no help from staff about tea and coffee facilities in our room and expensive WIFI and safe charges. The room was small, clean and okay for what we really needed but I am glad it was only for one night. We did not use the dining room but the bar staff were friendly. The heated indoor pool was cold and poor facilities. I would not recommend this hotel and would not go back.
This place was nothing like what was shown on Groupon. The room had no furniture, we had to leave our clothes on the floor. The spa was closed and the dinner we'd ordered instead was mediocre- small portions and they ran out of dessert. We had to wait ages for service, the waitresses were over worked and didn't apologise for anything. There was a noisy hen party until 2am. The walls were very thin and we could hear other unhappy couples arguing and complaining about the lack of hot water. We laughed about it all and we will learn from it. I hope nobody else goes here!
Think about. The room was without necessary and basic tools as well as radiator or hair dryer, and interior design was very (too) primitive. The breakfast (included in the rate) was poor and improvised.
