Myself and my daughter stayed in 1102 on 11th floor for 5 nights the views from a large balcony are amazing but the balcony furniture was dirty and old. The beds are comfortable. There was no hot weather in shower only warm for about 5 mins I told a girl in reception on my second day but nothing was done about it. Some renovations going on so drilling started around 9am so don't be expecting a lie here in the mornings. Fairly close to bars and restaurants. Pool closed this time of year. Walls are paper thin so you do hear everything from your neighbours. Old washing machine opened at top we could not use. The apt needs renovations. Train to airport less than 30 mins. No tea/coffee or welcome pack. Old towels needs replacing. Sliding doors to bathroom very little privacy.…
This was the second visit to this Apartment and it felt like home the minute we walked through the door. We were met by the Housekeeper but we didn’t keep her long as we knew where everything was. Loads of Restaurants in the area and the Supermercardo is only a leisurely 10 mins walk. Once again, the use of the pool at the Hotel next door (2 mins away) was fantastic for me. Knowing the layout and where the buses and trains were from our first visit made it so much better. Jacquie was a great and quick responder to all the emails I sent. I would certainly recommend this as a fantastic apartment where you will feel settled from the day you arrive. There is plenty of information inside the apartment. Thanks again.
You can see the see from the big balcony. The apartment was nice, quiet, cozy and quite clean. The air conditioning worked well. There was a dishwasher and washing machine. The coffee machine and vacuum cleaner didn't work properly. Also the holder of the shower was broken. All in all the bungalow 56 was very nice. However, the bungalow 56 was very difficult to find. The Spanish customer service was friendly and helpful but she told us to go to the wrong direction... After a long while we found the bungalow, thanks to a random Spanish person.
We had an extremely open plan room well designed with wifi and amenities.Bath well positioned for views outside the apartment. Sofa bed easy to build working well as both sofa and bed. mid-sized kitchen full of many appliances including a toaster, kettle, nespresso machine, grill combo microwave and washing machine.
Far too expensive for what you get for the money! A very worn old house. The lifts did not work on several occasions, and we stayed on the 10th floor. The electricity stopped workingn and no water on two occasions. The reception staff spoke very poor English if any at all. Got no help with problems? Sun loungers cost 1 euro? No wifi, not even if you want to pay for it? Parking is free ,but it is impossible to find a free spot to park. You have to deposit 20 euro for a key to get in to the parking area. We had an Superior apartment, superior apartments are renovated. Yes it was, but the furniture was very old and quite ugly. You can book a 4 star hotel / apartment for the same price as this accommodation. Do it!
Great location for exploring the area. Very close to the centre of Torremolinos and the night life. You must see Guapatini show while there. Rooms depend on the owner who is renting it. We had 711 which was up to expected standard. As with most rented appartments, come with your own tea and coffee and you will be fine. There is parking on site but spaces are limited. You have to negotiate two security barriers by either waiting for a resident with access to pass or park on the road and walk to reception. View from high floors are exceptional. Recommended if you can get a high floor.
The apartment complex is in a great location , handy to the town area for shopping, restaurants & the train to the airport & Malaga. There is a lift from the complex that will take you down to the beach area. Request a renovated apartment & during the winter months a pool view apartment to get the afternoon sun. The restaurant is only open for breakfast & lunch, they offer good simple food, however will prepare dishes off menu with a days notice. The pool is only open mid April to mid October as there is no solar heating for the off seasons. There is plenty of parking for those who have their car or rent one during their stay.
Just back from a week in Torre de la Rocca and can't fault the place. Friendly staff, apartments clean, great views and big pool. But the selling point is its location to the Plaza St Miguel and other streets, also a free lift to the beach is a great help. Happy holiday!!
Andalucian style apartments..home from home..small kitchen..but has everything you need. Beautifully pool and gardens..sea view balcony..friendly staff..spotlessly clean..everything you could need for a lovely holiday in Torremolinos..A 5 min walk to shops cafes..bars supermarket..There is a Mercadonna accords town..proberly take you 10 minutes walking..Great restaurants..traditional plaza selling sangria..really pretty..A flamenco show every Wed through to Friday within 5 minute walk..Fabulous.
Great quiet location amongst the hustle and bustle of the main town. Very traditional and authentic Spanish local. Highly recommend! Beach is 5 mins down the stairway and foods at location cheap and lovely.
