Staff at the hotel were fantastic. If you want to sleep don't stay here it is used for schools parties and the noise level at night is horrendous. Buffet style breakfast and evening meal was very good but avoid the fish at night.

We started off our trip from Malaga to Barcelona. The Hotel Kristal was our first stop from the airport. We read the reviews on trip advisor and were not expecting the best!!. After an eventful flight, we arrived at reception to find basic hospitalilty. Entering the room we found it clean but basic. We then ventured out into the town... More

We got a great deal on half board, food brilliant, bedroom clean and in quiet part of hotel, staff friendly, towels changed daily along with soap and shampoo. Ideal for a city break as in the Centre surrounded by squares with fountains and statues, Pubs, Restaurants and lots of shops. My partner read the bad reviews before our holiday and... More
