We arrived to find silver fish. The first thing we did when we got there was to contact booking to see if we could cancel our booking and move out. They told us that we needed to get in contact with the hotel. We first made contact after 40 minutes in to our stay without them answering. Then we tried again and again for over 40 times before we got an answer. Our vacation was from Sunday until Saturday (6 nights), and we could not get out of the hotel before Thursday because lack of answer. This was horrible as a customer to experience. When we tried to contact them and finally got in touch, they just answered us that they did not believe it to the a problem needed to be treated. Instead of asking us if they could do anything for us, they just had us sitting there and waiting for a response because they did not believe us. I am shocked by the way they deal with their customers. The place is nice, the location is close to the train, so that is not an issue. But silver fish all over the apartment is. This was not all. We also had problems that the dishes was dirty when we got there, we had to start by washing the dishes. All in all, a good looking place with horrendous customer service, lack of human empathy and cleaning issues in a pandemic. I would not recommend to anyone. Sadly.

We came here soon after we were allowed to travel out of the UK. Demand is still light here, and as such got four nights for €200. For that we got a one bed apartment, good size and well appointed. Small pool almost empty, and the staff we met were nice and helpful. It is walking distance from the train, but a long walk from torremolinos, not great for local amenities, but useful if you are prepared to drive or use the useful train to get to other places, and only three stops to the airport.

Great pool, great location, great apartments and super clean. The on site restaurant is more than capable of serving a good breakfast or snack and the owners and their daughter are lovely people who are happy to go the extra bit, a rare quality these days. The sun is on site pretty much from 8am to 7pm with out having to move sunbeds. If you want to eat in the apartments are more than capable of catering for this. Balconies are very big with new furniture throughtout. Air con never missed a beat and we left extremely impressed and will definitely be back before the cold snap. Thank you for a great stay. The Belfast lads.

Amazing apartment. Very warm welcome and explaination. You can see that the owner really loves his job. We could always contact him when something was wrong through whatsapp. The airco works great, the shower was amazing and a lot of stuff we brought with us we didnt need. There were even herbs on the cupboard. There were 2 balconies, ironing, blower, washing machines, sheets, pillows, towels, soap, water boiler, microwave, nespresso machine, refridgerator with freezer, television with hdmi (for chromecast), working wifi and a good lock for the door. We would recommend to anyone visiting Torremolinos.

Clean, modern and spacious accomodation with everything required for slef-catering. Good location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Given that this is described as 'basic accomodation' on Google- we were pleasantly surprised.

These apartments are spacious, immaculately clean and close to the train station. Food on site is freshly cooked when ordered. Within 10 mins walk of the beach and local restaurants. Would definitely recommend these apartments!

Absolutely fab hotel, easy check in even though it was late at night. Beautiful spacious rooms. Party of 3, my other cousins had the bedroom and I was sent to the living room as the 'snorer',.. but oooh even the sofa bed was comfy,.. Bathroom was stunning, very modern, in fact the whole of the interior was just spot on. Breakfast was delicious and Bubba the chef and Martin the owner both made us feel so welcome and we had bespoke breakfasts, nothing was too much. I highly recommend this hotel, can't wait till we're back in 2020,.. Felt so safe and secure throughout. Taxi's called for us if we wanted to go out, maps drawn for us if we wanted to wander, everything and everyone was more than we could have imagined. We went as a party of 3,... 3 cousins and we were all so happy with our stay. Thanks to everyone, we'll see you again next year xxxxxx

We stayed here for four nights (we are backpacking around Europe). What a fantastic stay. We wanted to stay for longer but they were fully booked...we can see why. We booked an apartment and were given one with two balconies and a fantastic view. The apartment was very large and comfortable. There are washing machines that you can use free of charge...this was a great bonus to us backpackers. We also had a free cooked breakfast, which was brilliant. All staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a pool area with a well stocked bar...snacks are also available. On the day we were leaving, they were able to keep our bags and even stored our foodstuffs in the fridge. Very, very good value for money. Not to be missed. Thank you so much. Chris and Shell 😀

The apartment we booked - from the private owner was newly renovated and refurnished, an extremely hygienic, clean and spacey. With a proper AC in each room, a huge TV, 2 balconies, comfy bed and nice towels. The cost was only like 50 EUR per night. We even got a baby cot for our infant. I would give 4 stars but a couple of things annoyed me so much that I can't: • we like to change clean towels once in 2 days. We stayed for 4 nights and because there wasn't a washing machine, could not wash the towels. Also we had to do laundry by our hands which obviously takes time to dry - in this climate like for days - and also the clothes don't really get clean. This wasn't the reason why I choose to give 3 stars anyway. • The restaurant in the Club Playa Flores 'has seen it's best days' if there ever were any. The food tastes terrible, is cooked poorly and considering to that is overpriced. Even the juice with the breakfast comes from concentrated (the cheapest one you can get). Come on, we are in Spain even in Torremolinos, the real oranges don't cost anything. • The swimming pool. Yes, we Finns actually do swim in an unheated swimming pools and consider +20c as summer. Well the swimming pool was filthy with those nasty little black spots of mold everywhere. • Our private host and her apartment was great with a great price-quality latter but since this review was about Club Playa Flores, I had to take into account the other stuff too. Best regards, Emmi & Family

A pleasant 2 bed apartment with great sea views, on 4th floor. Well furnished and equipped. Access to the lower floor which houses the restaurant , bar and pool area is not disabled friendly. The restaurant is however well worth a visit, good chef and friendly franchisee, breakfast good and supper excellent. Experience spoilt by ongoing improvements. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Parking on public road not good.
