Positives 1)Room was spacious for my requirements. 2) Comfortable bed 3) Lovely balcony with sea view 4) Shower worked 5) Fridge in room with tea/coffee making facilities 6) Friendly, helpful staff Negatives 1) It took some time to work out what the hotel had to offer. This is because I was (not intentionally I am sure) overloaded with information at the reception check in. 2) Breakfast and dinner in the hotel a bit pricey if you have not got that included in your package Additionally notes: There is a school nearby that can be a bit noisy and raucous at times with the children activities. This is not the hotels fault. This is a LGBTQ hotel that welcomes heterosexual people. Unfortunately, there were a group of middle aged heterosexual women there that were loud and annoying. Again, this is not the hotels fault. Overall, a very pleasant stay and would definitely be looking to book here next time I am in Torremolinos.

Aggressive staff. My friend brother came in who was staying in another hotel to get me. The staff on reception at 23300pm. Where very aggressive to him. The night manager went to punch him. The hotel is dirty and seedy. The mattress was covered in blood underneath the sheets. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I feel like I’m in a room that has been used for a sex party recently. It’s disgusting and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Keep away. Check the CCTV from the reception encounter with my brother.

Verry disappointed the bathroom had mold around the bath and generally not clean for an out of season stay 85 euros is far too much for 1 night i definitely wont be returning The bed was clean and reception was welcoming but the cleanliness needs attention as does the dated General appearance

Stayed here many times over the years. Overall the hotel is great with a perfect location & great sea views. Lots of good restaurants and gay bars a short stroll away. The police station is located around the corner so the area is very decent and safe. We liked the fact that a kettle & fridge is now supplied in the rooms, something which had been withdrawn previously. Pool area nice tho some of the parasols are a bit dodge. Only gripe is the cleanliness of rooms, they need a SERIOUS deep clean. We found hairs & dust all over the place. The cleaners seem very over worked and sometimes our room wasn’t cleaned until almost 4pm by which time we had returned from the beach & we expect our room serviced when we have been out all day. Often we just asked our cleaner for fresh towels instead of having the room cleaned as we just wanted our siesta. Towels are rubbish, worn out and don’t dry you. Need replacing. Pool bar staff are VERY attitudy and act like it’s a privilege that we are served by them. They should remember who is paying their salary. If you can get over the small gripes the benefits outweigh the negatives in this hotel. Will probably give this place a rest for a while though now.

Returned to Ritual for first time in three years. Still an excellent choice. For a 3-star hotel with extremely reasonable rates (you can get a double room for €75!), Ritual does an excellent job. I would call it a solid 4-star if I were doing the ratings. Wonderful pools, fantastic nude area on the roof, really good breakfasts, and nice rooms with great views. I've included the information page we received when checkin in as reference for meal times and costs, as well as pool times, since there is not much information on their web site. This is definitely a GAY hotel with 95% men every time we've been there, so don't come expecting a "gay-friendly" hotel, caust it ain't that. If buff, and not so buff, guys in tight Speedos puts you off, you should not stay here. The gay bar area is a 5 minute walk away, so there is no need for a taxi. The two areas for improvement are: 1) improve the quality of the dinner offering; and 2) add an bar, or open one that you have, in the hours between 18:00 and 21:00. There is just nowhere to go between pool time and dinner and no natural meeting point for guests in the early evening. Another thing to keep in mind is that the pools and outdoor Jacuzzi do not appear to be heated, which is not surprising in these times of energy austerity, but just to be aware. Other than that, I can definitely recommend this hotel.

Ritual celebrated 5 years opening. The hotel is older, but was slightly renovated then. Still nice and clean hotel close to the gay beach and gay bars and discos. NIce restaurants close to the hotel. The restaurant of the hotel ist OK.

Name of hotel is for many years RITUAL Torremolinos, for some reason they don’t change the name on social media. Pictures are from the old hotel. Most likely to AVOID bad reviews. This is the issue, people walk in from surrounding hotels and apartments and use the (guest) pool on ground floor and infinity pool on rooftop. Unfortunately NO PLACE FOR YOU TO PUT YOUR TOWEL OUT, unless you put your towel out at 8:00. (what is forbidden) Staff knows doesn’t give a d*mn, you can hire a “covered Balines” for € 40 per day in your own hotel. (including € 30 in drinks) They give you a bracelet by check in so everyone in TOWN can see where you stay. But it doesn’t work in the hotel. Everyone walks in and out with or without bracelets. Staff doesn’t understand you as soon as you complain about anything. They moto is for years “thank and you goodbye, for you another guest in return”. Beside off that, it isn’t a bad place to stay !@Ritual, change that attitude and name please!

This is a good hotel with modern facilities and a good location. Great pool area and the staff was okay a little full of themselves but okay. The spa area is good and generally the hotel is clean. However it's very expensive and the standards don't match the price. Personally i don't like coloured ceilings it makes the room look cheap, I don't like the decoration in the bathroom It is way too busy, the shower cubicle is standard and the food in the restaurant was average. Would I stay here again? yes but not at the current price, there are other hotels at the same price with higher standards.

We, late 50s couple, enjoyed our stay at Hotel Natali in August 2022. We had b&b accommodation. Our room was fine, good air conditioning, comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. It was quiet at night. The buffet breakfast was very good, English and continental provided. Together with a good range of fruit and breads. For what we paid I thought it was excellent value for money. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The pool is a little small for such a big hotel but other than that we had no issues. The location in the centre of Torremolinos is excellent for the shops, but a bit of a walk if you want to go to the beach. Overall we were very happy with our stay and we would recommend this hotel.

Just spent 2 weeks in the amazing Ritual hotel. Room was great, (it's the room we requested from 2019 - 2nd floor overlooking the pool( spotlessly clean (there is an army of people cleaning, polishing, making sure all is as it should be, friendly staff at front desk (always smiling and ready to help) and breakfast room (incredible staff).
