Unrivalled view, incredible food, and wonderful service! I’ve come to Torremolinos a lot over the years and this has to be my top dinner so far. All very reasonably priced, and even had a free tapa from the BBQ. Thank you. :)
We were staying close by and our intended restaurante was full due to the Romario, albeit the end. Anyway a few steps further up was El Molino and we decided to stop here. We had a couple of wines and some tapas. The jamón ibérico was superb and the albóndigas too. There was great views over the rooftops to the sea.
Do not eat here The worst oily crap I have had in a long long time Crab salad was crab sticks chopped into I would guess a tin of mayo drenched muck Roast chicken was tasteless, hard to do with chicken, Chips were so pale I had to ask if they were cooked Only good point was the beer was very chilled on a 34 degree day Otherwise avoid avoid avoid
Perfectly situated between the old town and the sea each 4 minuets away with great terrace/room views. Quiet comfortable family run business with really supportive and friendly staff. The journey from the airport to the hotel door to door by train is 25 minuets
Fantastic find in a busy resort like Torremolinos... which if filled with large hotels ... El Molino De la Torre is a wonderful family run unique little apartment/hotel . Such lovely staff .. very helpful .. great home cooked dinners ( it's nothing too fancy ) however it's very good . Stayed here over the past few years .. and would stay nowhere else . The location is perfect, the view is superb, I believe most room have a view ( but do check . Rooms are spotlessly clean . The owner brings his own lemons / oranges etc from his farm !! To use in the little bar ... places like here are unique and precious and worth popping in or booking a stay . Prices are very good for food and accommodation... not fancy ... but down to earth and that's just perfect at times I shall certainly be back . …
We got a very clean room with view over the coast. Very fair room rates and friendly staff. No children at the hotel (thank you god). Nice cold beer in the bar. Very close (walking distance) to everything. Would love to come there again.
Called in for a pint of beer at lunch time only 1.90 euro less than 1.65 sterling. Do a pizza and beer for 7.95 euro. Well worth the money. Staff brilliant A++++ a must don't eat in the main square price a lot higher
Very central, besides shops, restaurants. Near all public transport, really handy to hop on the train to the airport or Malaga city centre. Rooms are quite big and very clean. Owner is very friendly and welcoming.
You can not do check in after 20hs and for check out they start knocking on the door 30mins before. You only get 1 set of Room keys for a 3 people apartment. In case you want an extra set you need to give a €90 deposit. Should you want remote for TV is 20€ deposit. AC has a timer And after 60 minutes it turns off. That means you need to wake up every one hour to turn AC on. One of the worst places i ve been.
It is a place with spectacular views towards the coast of Torremolinos where you can eat cheaply views, and varied and they have pitchers of beer at a very affordable price. The apartments are also very good. It is conveniently located in the center of Torremolinos and just before starting one of the steps to the beach Es un local con unas vistas espectaculares hacia la costa de Torremolinos donde puedes comer barato, y variado y además tienen las jarras de cerveza a un precio muy económico. Los apartamentos también están muy bien situado en el centro de Torremolinos, y justo antes de empezar una de las escalinatas hacia la playa
