If you like massive dated 70s style hotels this is for you. If you like trying to negotiate breakfast like a rugby player weaving through the opposition this hotels for you. The food was the worst I have ever had in any hotel bar one in Benidorm for many many years. Huge trays of pre cooked bacon at breakfast, not good. Likewise other options pretty bad, especially the sea food night. I have not been in a bedroom with only one power point for at least 20 years. Neither have I ever been in a 4 star hotel with 2 news Chanels and no British tv. As others have said virtually impossible to secure a sun bed at any of the pools. The front pool was muddy underfoot and besieged by flys. Used the beach over the road instead €12 per day for two beds and a sun shade. could not face the hassle of queueing to lay down with very little space round either pool. The Food was so poor and repetitive in the noisy bear pit of a dining room that we ate out at some really nice restaurants most nights. For most of our two week stay there were no dinner plates only side plates and on a few occasions could not make up a full set of cutlery. I went over to the coffee machine where the hot water was pouring and overflowing into a cup. I did not know how to stop it and there were children around. Managed to get a hold of a staff member who was not happy with me! I never even touched the machine! Yes the room was cleaned every day by a lovely lady who worked very hard. The room and bathroom are both very tired and in need of a refurb. Miserable thin towels and those awful click in hangers that fall down when you try to take clothes out of the wardrobe. There was a safe and a fridge in the room. The room key card constantly wiped in my bag if it got anywhere near my phone. Bit of a pain having the go all the way back to reception to have it recalibrated. Big plus point was the fantastic sea view. The young couple next to us had two small children and were all cramped into the same size of room we had for two people. They ended up paying over €400 to upgrade to one of the newly refurbished corner rooms. Quite easy to get around via bus at the back door or easy walk into old town. Managed all the way to Malaga and back by bus. Huge McArthur glen outlet shopping mall around 10 Mins taxi ride away. Good for a rainy day if you get one. Unfortunately after eating out we did not go back to the hotel very often to see the entertainment. What we did see was good and the team seemed to be pretty professional but again not enough seating for guests so gave up. We've travelled all over the world and never have I been asked to pay to change our beach towels ever, just add it into the overall cost of the holiday please. Sorry but this hotel is not for us and will definitely not return.

Hotel's Favourite
We chose this hotel based on one of our family members staying here many times over the years and recommending it for our holiday. I was abit unsure after reading previous review but it turned out to be FANTASTIC! I booked the package through Jet2 and went All Inclusive as our party group included 2 Children (aged 5 and 1), and we had planned to stay at the hotel throughout the trip (although we ventured our a few nights as there is loads going on). Positives 1. Pools – therr are kids pools and the main big pools. For the size of the hotel, I thought the pools easily accommodated the number of people staying here. The kids pool was quieter and the splash park was nice too 2. All Inclusive drinks were great. Branded drinks such as Bacardi, Jameson and Smirnoff included as well as Gordon's Gin. Draught Beer was ok but no real issue. 3. Food options I found were very good for Breakfast and Lunch. Breakfast included cereals, bacon, egg, sausage, fresh omelettes and pancakes as well as the usual continental breakfast options. Lunch similar to Dinner was good too, with hot show cooking for meats, then other food options as well as a kids corner. They also made fresh pizza for our table which was very nice. We did eat out twice (many beach restaurants are walking distance). Also there is a snack bar open from 1pm to around 6pm which did toasties, burgers, hot dogs, then cakes and coffee/tea 4. We had a Family Suite and it was perfect! Two separate bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a balcony overlooking the main pool. 5. Entertainment for Kids was great. Mini disco every night from 9.30pm and then a show from 10pm until 11pm. My son really enjoyed the disco and then the Lion King Show. 6. Pool entertainment was also great, from aqua gym to pool party/dancing 7. Kids Arcade / Go Karts were great way to keep kids entertained too 8. Location is bang on. Right opposite the beach, and a short walk away from all the main shops, supermarkets, etc. 9. Cleanliness was 10/10. Our room was cleaned every day at around 10am as we left for breakfast. I also noticed they cleaned the pool area and the pool itself every morning. 10. Hotel staff were also very helpful, our checking was very quick (although on some days I noticed long queues), and checkout was quick too. Negatives Not really many negatives but maybe small picky things I could draw upon were: 1. Pool Towels were 10eur deposit each but as long as you returned you got money back 2. You have to give 50eur for the safe as deposit (again refundable) 3. Kettle was 6EUR a night, so 35EUR in total for me, and it was needed due to travelling with a baby. I thought this should not have been a charged service, but it should be deposit and returned similar to the Pool Towel/Room Safe scenario 4. Cups for drinks were paper style but then we had plastics too and I preferred the plastics as the paper style ones just got soggy 5. Room key/Card kept wiping clean if it was near a mobile which was a pain! Meant getting one made every other day! Other than that, I would definitely return to the hotel! If this is how they were operating during the covid period, I think it would be more or less faultless in normal times! I also loved the fact you could just get a drink before you left the hotel via the Beach exit, which allowed us to get a drink ready to walk with! If you are looking for a family hotel with things to do nearby, I would certainly recommend this hotel! Kids loved the pool and even though they state the pool closes at 7pm, people were in there long after that time. For a 4 star hotel, I would say its more 4.5 to be honest!

We stayed at this hotel during the Irish Country Western craic on the Costa. What a great location and hotel. All staff were first class,The all-inclusive was great will top branded spirits being given. The food was the usual all-inclusive fare always something for everyone to eat. The pool area was fantastic on of the largest pools I've seen, with a large pool bar to go with it also a great kids pool and play area. I would recommend this place to family aswell as other parties

Lovely hotel pools were fantastic. But the food terrible and a few of the staff not very pleasant. Spent 2 weeks there I think this photo said it all. Good location for walking the promenade, and some lovely restaurants along the water.

really enjoyed the hotel, did not want to leave, food decent and choice enough for fussy eaters, staff very friendly,Pedro in the bar was excellent,Family room was excellent, very clean and large as was the whole hotel, poolside bar was great as were the choice of all inclusive drinks, pool was massive, really enjoyed staying there. would have marked it 5 but for one thing which i thought was a big negative so minus 1 point but it could be something that is stopped later in the year. my lad got an ear infection, fair enough, that happpens so had to spend some time out of the pool and in the room, there was only 1 english speaking channel on the tv and that was sky news,my lad knows all about politics now the other problem was the sunshades around the pool, they need raising by 2 or 3 inches, the amount of times i banged my head on them surprised i am able to write this Iam 6 foot. the 7 of us really enjoyed the hotel and would gladly go back short ride from airport is a big plus

Check is was fast and very friendly. We has a sea view room which is available at a supplement. All inclusive is available upgrade from HB for 30 euro a day. This includes international brands like Smirnoff vodka Gordons gin etc. The strange thing about All Inc. is that the mixers and not branded in the bar they are from the dispenser and dont taste good at all. Fanta and Coca Cola can be purchased but at 2.75 euro - expensive! The food is excellent. There was a country and western festival at the hotel when we visited and to say breakfast was chaotic is an understatement. Dinner was similar with shortage of plates and cutlery. I probably would look for a more central hotel on my next visit to Torremolinos.

We decided to return for a few days over October half-term all inclusive, after a previous visit. The hotel itself is solid. You will always find something to eat. We arrived towards the end of an Irish music festival, so it appeared half of Ireland was in the hotel. Once 8pm arrived, the restaurant emptied as those with entitlement went to the music downstairs. A bit disappointed the outside entertainment wasn’t on and also the little outside bar at the front pool was closed. The hotel itself is clean and staff are friendly. As stated before, it would be good if there were more electrical sockets in the rooms and possibly USB charging points (we are in a digital age with many devices). Yes would come again.

We arrived at 12 pm and we had expected we would have to wait until 3pm for our rooms .we were checked in by Maria very friendly and gave us or all inclusive bands and told us to come back at 3pm and our room should be ready . We changed and had a walk around the hotel very clean and nice we went for lunch it was ok and service was good . We went back at 3pm for room keys Maria told us the room would be ready in 15 min , we went back at 3.30 there was a different lady on reception who was extremely rude and unprofessional she waved us away from reception saying they be ready when there ready !! We actually didn’t get our until 17pm worst checkin out of all my travels,we had to ask guest to direct us to the right lifts to ues as reception were no help !! The room was nice we had side sea view which was lovely and clean and spacious We had to ask for towels to be changed and toilet paper during our stay and our sheet were not changed and room cleaned twice We never had an issue getting sunbed around any of the pools The bar staff were very good we were never left waiting NOW for the dining experience!! Terrible the food was below par breakfast was about the best you couldn’t go wrong with an boiled egg and bread ! Lunch and dinner was shocking the food was freezing cold choice was poor and repetitive after 2 days Not once did we see any chef probe the food for temperature or remove the food in the tray which were cold , instead they just topped it up with more cold food . We witnessed a chef break a glass tray over four trays with food the food was not replaced which was shocking as glass may have went into any of those trays !! The snack bar ridiculous freezing cold toasted sandwiches, hard cold chicken nuggets and hard cold chips!! As guests we felt like an inconvenience to waiting staff when u asked for water or a glass of wine with dinner ,we received eye rolls and some very rude language back - they must have presumed we couldn’t speak Spanish but could and understand!! Tip to food and beverage management your staff should be trained and be aware that guest can understand what they are saying about them ! We did meet some past guests who have Visiting for 10 years who were quite disappointed by food and service We ended up eating out for the rest of trip The beach is stunning and right across the road , the hotel has good location We did tip bar staff and one lady who served us our breakfast This could be a great hotel if the food and dining experience was reformed

6 of us booked via on the beach holidays. On arrival we were impressed by the style and cleanliness . We were booked in and the lady really went out of her way to make the boring checking process fun for the kids. We were given 2 adjoining rooms in block 3 floor 9. The rooms each had 3 beds which meant they were quite tight for space but we spent little time there but the bathrooms were very good. The aircon in our room was poor but my wife’s room was better. They were cleaned every day, the balconies were nice but we had young kids so we’re a little nervous about the height. The pools and outside area were fantastic, well looked after and clean, the only downside was the water temp was a little cool. They do have a heated indoor pool which needs a bit of updating but is a nice change. We we asked a couple of times not to use floaties even though other people were using them. We were all inclusive and unsure what to expect but basically you scan a qr code which links to a web page with all the AI details on. The range was good and with little restrictions. At first we were restricted to 3 drinks per person but soon the bar tenders realised we had 4 kids with us so we’re happy to allow us to get a full round in each time. I found the mojitos especially good. All the bars can be used for AI guests. The food quality and quantity is very good, the main restaurant range of food is huge with freshly cooked meats being constantly served. It can get a little busy but they have extra areas they open as the need arises. The smaller restaurant near the pool is used for snacks and offers a good selection of fast food, salads and drinks. All they ask is that you don’t go in when wet from the pools. Evening entertainment is very good but when held indoors near the big restaurant the view can be restricted by some large pillars, so get there early to get a good seat. The bar staff, entertainment staff and reception staff were all very good at their job. Eager to please and happy to help. Nothing seemed to much to ask, they helped us navigate the local area and get the most out of our stay. Our kids used the daytime kids club which they thoroughly enjoyed along with the kids disco on an evening. The girls and Francis who run the kids entertainment are just brilliant, they made great memories for our kids.
