Very nice hotel with attentive staff. Rooms are ample and have a balcony. There is entertainment in the evening. Several swimming pools and lounge areas provide a nice choice. Lobby is nice and has ample sitting areas. The Buffet breakfast and the Buffet dinners are very good with a good selection of meat and fish and vegetables

Hotel's Favourite
Staying for 7 nights AI 5 nights in and have to write this review. It’s a lovely Hotel the food is lovely, great choice breakfast, lunch and dinner. Snacks from Bar is great for lunch as all freshly cooked to order from a menu. As not all guests are AI I think the standard of food etc is much better than most AI hotels. I am Coeliac and they were brilliant with accommodating this for all Meals including snack bar( lovely baguettes) would cook me my own GF Pasta and pizza. Never ever been this well looked after always been made to feel I’m a pain and missing out with what my friends are having at other hotels but not here. We mostly ate in the Don Pedro as smaller restaurant and not a canteen feeling at all. Entertainment the best I’ve ever seen throughout the day and evening. Branded spirits and huge measures!!! Only complaint is the sun beds hard to get one if you’ve not put your towels down in the morning which totally goes against my morals but if you can’t beat em join em! ( they are removed if you leave them for 1.15 min ) Lovely walk to beach and town. Staff friendly and helpful. Small rooms but not in it much apart from the shower and sleep. Our 10 year old daughter always found something to eat and she is fussy !! Very much recommended this hotel …… would definitely come back.

Fantastic Hotel for families. Stayed here for 8 nights. Fantastic hotel and facilities for families. Nightly entertainment, kids disco, kids club for ages 5 to 12. My little boy was only 3 so unable to use kids club. Super breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. Very central with beach just across the road. Very secure. Security on gate 24 hours. Loads of swimming pools between the 3 hotels and I loved that you could use the facilities of all 3. Gym and indoor pool to but never got a chance to use with my little boy. Only small fault if I had to pin point one thing was the cot provided for my son was very flimsy, old and unsteady, I didn't complain maybe if I had I would have got a better option but I didn't want to be a nuisance. Otherwise would definitely be back.

Very normal hotel, good location in Torremolinos. Rooms are simple. We had street view room (view behind to hotel), it was actually quite noisy. Stuff were talking and laughing really loud outside, we hear everything, even we had room on 4th floor. Food is simple, no very tasty, but good enough. Beach chairs for a fee.

We booked this hotel via booking.com as it was one of the cheapest in Costa Del Sol whilst also being close to Malaga via train or taxi, and the beach. I also found its sister hotel Don Pablo on Instagram through an influencer and I was so pleased that we booked a room at the resort (made up of Don Pedro, Don Pablo, and Don Marco) as it was just so lovely. The 3 hotels make up one large resort and you can use the facilities of all of them - including the 6 outdoor pools and also the indoor pool. There are so many sunbeds too - though you’ll want to get there before 10am to ensure getting one. There are 2 pool bars, and the one in Don Pedro where we stayed did happy hour from 5-6pm every day. Our room (just a standard double, no sea view) was still so lovely and clean and all of the staff were wonderful. The room was spacious and clean, with fairly modern decor. The bathroom was also really nice, although the door was very close to the toilet and sink, but that didn’t bother us much. There is a safe in the room, which if I remember correctly cost €5 but was refundable upon checking out. Fresh towels were also provided and the bed was made daily - this is entirely optional but it made our stay even more pleasant. There are also lifts, and all 3 hotels are interconnected on some of the lower floors. We only booked bed & breakfast, so can’t comment on what other meals were like, but the buffet breakfast was amazing! All the cooked foods were kept hot, and also over by the eggs station they’d also make fresh omelettes with fillings of cheese, ham, and/or mushroom! There were multiple drinks stations across the dining area, although only one machine did a larger range of coffees including cappuccino, and hot chocolate. I would say that I am unsure of how the restaurant caters to those with allergies or intolerances, which is why I rate this 4/5 instead of 5/5. The hotel is right opposite the beach, which was great for getting up to watch the sunrise. The beach is much windier than we thought it would be, so if you are going to be getting a sun lounger there (which I think were €10 each on average?) then bring towel clips! The hotel staff were also great at giving directions for the area, including pointing out the lift in the town which was just over a 5 min walk away and saved so much walking! It cost €0,50 each way, but as the town centre is up a steep hill, it was entirely worth it. We got the train into Torremolinos from the airport which was around 10 minutes, and the Renfe system is excellent. We also got the train from Torremolinos into Malaga (definitely worth doing) which took 25 mins. In addition, we got the bus to Benalmadena (around €3,10 for a return) so we could go on a boat trip, which was recommended to us by a friend, and I would definitely recommend it too. It cost €15 per person, lasted for an hour, and included a beverage. You can also get lunch on the marina as there are SO many restaurants on the marina complex. This hotel really was in an ideal location for all of our plans, and I really hope we can visit again in future. Thank you to all the staff for making our short stay so wonderful.

We booked via a Jet 2 package which was also a very good experience but the hotel was excellent and we had booked half board and the breakfast and evening dinner were both carvery based and with a great choice. We could use all 3 local hotels adjoined to our hotel for sunbeds and meals ie Don Pablo and Don Marco so 1st class. Beach within 150 metres from front of hotel and good local bars for watching sports. Center of town 10 minute walk and up an escalator to great shops bars and entertainment. I really enjoyed it

Stayed in this three hotel resort a few times but I doubt I’ll be returning. I came for a quiet relaxing time by the pool in the main and got the exact opposite as although the hotel puts on plenty of daytime activities it unfortunately insists on playing nightclub volume music to go with them! First day four hours worth of booming Spanish music around the pool to accompany a gym session, dancing classes and aqua aerobics that it was impossible to escape as due to the sheer volume the sound went around the whole complex. To be clear my issue was with the volume only and had it been at a reasonable amount it could have been pleasant. When I raised at reception they couldn’t have cared less “well I can’t hear it so it can’t be that loud” replied the lady at the guest services desk in don pablo which is a good 150 meters away from the pool and indoors. Over the next few days I tried almost every different pool but the music caught up, even at the rear pool where music without activities was booming out all day! I’m sure the people doing the activities didn’t particularly want loud music and it was more the person holding the sessions who wanted it to entertain herself. Even at night I couldn’t escape the noise as till 2330 the entertainment from the bar between don pablo and don Marco was far too loud - how about you close the doors to the patio area if you don’t want to annoy other residents! Aside from that the hotel is pretty good, rooms in don Pedro not as nice as don pablo but ok even though I’d paid for a pool view that turned out to be an internal balcony in a corner that I had to lean over to see said pool. Breakfast selection very good, pool towels provided but charging for a safe even at 2 euros is a disgrace now and plenty of other Sol hotels don’t charge so why does this one?? Iron available and managed to get late checkout €30 till 1600 was good. But in summary this crazy loud music will stop me returning

Dear Don Pedro - This review is for the wonderful pleasant team who work extremely hard to ensure you have a good holiday - Myself ( David and Fiona ) really enjoyed our stay in a place that had everything you required 5 - 6 pools - Jacuzzis x3? and Indoor Pool. Special mention to Ana on reception and her colleague, they were so helpful and nothing but helpful advice! Ana even wrote me a note in Spanish which I could present to the bus driver when we were planning a trip to Benalmadena. If you had a problem Ana would find a solution, the lady who worked with her in the morning was also really approachable and you can tell this was a very well run Hotel which was part of 3 main building. The entertainment can be a bit hit and miss, but it was always nice to see something different. A big mention to Julia, Miguel and Jose who did the Pool and Gym exercises. I have just turned sixty and went from stretching class to Aqua Aerobics, Pool Bike and my favorite Spin Classes, Miguel and Jose, yes you beasted me, but I stayed with you guys to the end and held my own. Really, really good fun and will miss you all as I get used to the start of the winter period in the UK. Ana, please pass my best regards to the people I mentioned above, made my stay way above my expectations. Lots of food places to eat and I would advise a trip to Castillo in Malaga and Benalmadena, the food market in Malaga is amazing and shows what we miss out on. Special thanks to the maids who made our room look absolutely spotless Lastly I think Spain has it all, and again thank you for making our stay a very enjoyable and memorable. Kind regards David and Fiona x
