Absolutely lovely. All staff were incredibly kind and patient with my terrible attempts at Spanish. As they all appeared to speak better English than I do I got little chance to bamboozle them. We ate here twice and our meals were very tasty and the service wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.
Me and my friend took a short 4 night trip to the hotel zen and for the price we paid was amazed by how clean it was. Rooms were spotless and cleaned everyday. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool was just a nice size with plenty of sun loungers available. Shuttle bus provided by the hotel free of charge to drop you off at the beach daily and pick you up again back to the hotel although it’s a nice 15 minute stroll to the beachfront if you don’t want to take the shuttle from the hotel. Will definitely be visiting again. Only thing people need to be mindful of is that there are lots of stairs
Convenient to airport that’s about it Nice staff however the room was noisy Paper thin walls Woken up by other guests arriving and loud talking Room offensive smell bleach masking smell of drains bathroom Overpowering - they really need to sort this out Woke up headache Bathroom did not look particularly clean but it’s mostly black tiled anyway so dirt easily disguised Breakfast is a poor show of hard boiled eggs cheap cuts ham, donuts, some cereal fruit and tea and coffee and couple pots yoghurt The expected large rolls to to toasted in the toaster (no sliced bread) Considering it’s supposed to be an Italian restaurant they could do a lot better than this They provide a free shuttle to the airport and collect
Very cozy and nice hotel. The staff is extremely responsive to requests. I would especially like to mention the administrator Justo. We needed to iron a dress for dinner. The hotel, unfortunately, did not have such services, but Justo first offered us several solutions. And then he even found an iron for us !! Thanks a lot! Recommended.
Good place to stop for the night. Staff were great and hotel was very clean. Up some very steep roads if you want to walk anywhere. The shuttle bus is great. Need to book it in advance as need a ticket from reception. Pre-book if flying in else taxi is 15 euros.
Our family of 10 spent a night here when our flight home was cancelled. We paid a very fair price and had an excellent experience. The rooms were compact but clean, with very comfy beds, and really smart modern shower rooms and hot efficient showers. The family room for 4 was perfect for my daughter, husband and kids. There’s a perfectly good pool, small play area, two bars, and a dining area where we were able to order a delicious Italian meal from a wide menu. The staff could not have been nicer. We felt very welcomed and relaxed after the craziness of juggling flights at the last minute. I have held back from a 5 star review only because it is a little distance from the main drag, but that’s perhaps unfair as it’s quite clear this is designed for proximity to the airport, and a free shuttle service is a bonus. A taxi or bus will get you into town swiftly if that’s your thing.…
The man on the front desk was rude and misogynistic, implying we didn't know how to use their website to find a contact email. He was also serving beers rather than being at the desk, leaving people waiting for him. Room looked fine but upon inspection had bugs on the wall, a spider in the bed after removing the top sheet, towels that weren't anywhere near clean with massive stains on them, the remote control looks like it hasn't seen a cleaning product in 10 years, the corners of the room were in dire need of scrubbing - overall the room looked unfinished. There were also flies in the room with no windows or doors open so we have no idea how they got there. DO NOT GO HERE! The manager can't even be bother to lift a finger and reply to my email. We checked in and checked back out within an hour and they won't offer us a refund. This entire hotel is a far cry from what a hotel should be and the manager and owner should be ashamed of themselves - but they won't be because they lack any common sense and decency. As a travel blogger, this is by far the WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER BEEN TO. If you're thinking of booking this hotel , a hostel or a hole in the ground would be a better option.…
Its nothing fancy, a 3 star hotel. The shower had decent pressure and the swimming pool was nice and cool. It is not near town (Torremolinos ) but there is a free shuttle to the airport which I used at 5am, it only takes 10minutes to get to airport. I would recommend it for the airport shuttle service but if you are staying longer than a few days, get someplace closer to town. Note: this is during Covid times, there was an Irish bar and other facilities that were closed so maybe it will have a lot more services when tourism opens up fully again.
A smallish hotel at the back end of torremolinos, away from the facilities. On the plus side it has a free shuttle to the airport a d beach, and it is much cheaper than many other hotels with similar listed facilities like pool etc. Downsides are many, it is a steep hill to go anywhere, their is no lift, and we are 3 floors up, having to lug heavy cases is not easy. The pool is tiny, this evening it was far too crowded for us to swim on our return. Are room fridge does not appear to work, we have not reported it yet, the pool view was not available, and the bathroom sink has a strange tap that we are having trouble using and turning off.
i stayed with my family as i landed in Malaga and had to go to Granada the next day. The bedding had ketchup stains and wasn't clean at all. There was so much continuous noise from staff that me and my husbsnd could fall asleep until after 3am. The breakfast was ok. I dont recommend this, whtever the price.
