I am writing this review on my flight home. Something I have never felt compelled to do before. My husband and I said goodbye to Marcus, the team and the total charm of La Villa Marbella a couple of hours ago and whilst we are sad to have said goodbye, we know we will be returning... Soon. In my professional...

From the moment you arrive Marcus and his staff make you so welcome. Their attention to detail and customer service should be studied by other so called 5 Star Hotels! Lovely location, fantastic staff and just a wonderful atmosphere. we will be highly recommending to our friends and family and will be back.

We didn't know exactly what we needed, but somehow Marcus and the staff at La Villa Marbella had just the remedy for our weary souls. From the friendly check-in complete with a nearby recommendation for a quick bite and a drink we knew we were going to experience something special. This was only accentuated as throughout our stay as the...

This is a lovely hotel, in the old town, and has rooms in different buildings, all within close proximity. Marcus, the owner and all the staff were very helpful and thoughtful. The rooms are lovely, some with your own cooking facilities, and a great breakfast which you can order in advance. Small pool and sun terrace and so close to...

Amazing service, beautiful room/family apartment, excellent breakfast, fantastic location! The staff couldn't be more helpful. From the littlest member in our family to the eldest, this is the hotel we continue to talk about and remember fondly.

Since most has been covered already, this will be brief. We stayed in Datai in the Cottage, a small but extremely comfortable room. The staff is outstanding, the recommended restaurants they advised us to go to were fantastic, including the tapas bar called La Taberna del Pintxo. Breakfast in the courtyard was simple yet perfect. We loved this inn and...

Stayed at La Villa Marbella again with my friends Kathy and Les, as it is a fabulous hideaway retreat in the heart of the Old Town .If your looking for a large posh 5 star hotel DO NOT come here. Marcos and his dedicated team, make your stay so pleasurable. Nothing is to much trouble. The rooms are themed with...

We just returned from a 5 night stay at La Villa Marbella. The rooms are small by US standards, but very nicely furnished, and nice amenities. As with all the other reviews, I cannot stress how friendly & helpful the staff is here. They will exceed your expectations. We did not have a vehicle, and that was not an issue...

It sound strange - five 200 year old Marbella townhouses acting together as a boutique hotel - but it works. As previous guests, the staff are faultlessly friendly and helpful. The Brazilian owners created this oasis of tranquility six years ago and obviously spared no expense in its execution. We stayed in Bintan suite which overlooks the pool and breakfast...
