We got a taxi to the hotel when we arrived as it was quite late at night. Got on the metro returning to the airport. The metro station is around the corner from the hotel, quick easy and cheap!
Sorry I don't know of any hairdressers, but the hotel my be able to help. I gave them a call to ask a question before I went and the person I spoke to had very good English.
