Really nice and helpfull staff. Super location, near citycenter. Clean room and bath. Nice and good breakfast i cosy cafe nearby. Can only recommend this. It's recommendable for 1-3 nights, but not a hotel for longterm.

We stayed two nights at the El Pintor and everything was great. The location was very convenient (very close to the Plaza de la Merced) with discounted parking close by. Everyone was very nice and helpful with directions, maps, etc....... The room was very nice - although some rooms do not have a proper window to the outside - the...

The other reviews say it all really regarding the staff, the decor etc. The main thing I would add is that it had a 24 hour coffee machine in reception which was very useful. There is a wonderful tapas bar just round the corner which was a recommendation.

We still love the hotel which is why we keep coming back, every time we fly into Malaga. It's quite small, and it's pretty central (200 metres from Plaza de Merced, 300 metres from the famous El Pimpi tapas bar etc and much of the old town, 400 metres from the entrance to the Alcazaba and about the same to...

Delightful hotel with many intriguing touches. Arty feel. A little bohemian. Maybe even vaguely Parisian. Excellent support service from a friendly and caring reception staff especially the lady whose name began with an M. Highly recommended. Would have been a 5 but wifi was a little hit and miss. Great breakfast room. Very jazz. Loved it

I was very excited to find this hotel. It was great -- right in the middle of all the action in Plaza de la Merced. Beautiful room, everything that was needed. Great value for money! Wanted to stay another day but they were booked!! Will definitely come back next time in Malaga.

First the few negatives: Our group of 8 found it hard to find on arrival in Malaga and it took some getting used to. As well as this, 3 of our 4 rooms had windows that opened and looked onto the hallway which meant it felt very artificially lit and there wasn't much fresh air. The final negative is that...
