Excellent break very we would definitely stay again. The hotel was ideally situated as it was within walking distance of the train and bus stations which suited our needs. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and provided a map of the area. Good sized bedroom with good size bathroom. Walk to town centre was about 15-20 minutes not far from...

We booked my parents a holiday at Silken Puerta Malaga because of the Spa facilities on offer. Unfortunately the Spa facilities were not available during their stay which is very disappointing considering we paid £175 per night for their stay. Highlights are that the hotel is in a really good location, staff were friendly and the room was really nice...

This hotel is comfortable enough, but it's not very well run. We wanted to use the spa/sauna, but you only find out when you get in there that you need to inform the hotel ½ an hour in advance that you want to use it. This despite having spoken to reception a few minutes earlier about using the spa they...

Ok... I'm a very low maintenance girl. But when I pay nearly $200 for a hotel room I'm expecting something good. First off, the whole reason I booked this hotel was for their spa/jacuzzi which was broken. There's literally nothing else that being up the value of this room. I can hear my neighbours watch tv and they are being...

Brilliant staff who are always smiling and happy to help! They helped us with taxis for visiting Malaga and getting to airport. Disappointed that jacuzzi wasn't working and we had to pay for 3 breakfasts when we were only there for 2... Other than that it's a nice place to stay and relax!

From the superb reception from Sandra, who good do no more in giving us her local information that was priceless knowledge. Through to the very large rooms clean & comfortable. The room safe was useful for passports ect. The buffet breakfast was great with a very good selection on offer. Outside the hotel is a good supermarket for that odd...

The spa and roof terrace are fab. The bar is a cool area. Rooms lovely. There's one female receptionist who's a bit unfriendly but everyone else goes above and beyond. We stay regularly and love this hotel :)

This hotel turned out to be an ideal base for our stay in Andalusia. The cab from the airport was only 20 euros. Their Front Desk clerks were always very helpful. Its two elevators operated flawlessly. Our room was clean and spacious with full amenities in the large bathroom. Our modern TV had a wide selection of local and international...

OK hotel, simple room, convenient distance to train station - we used it for a night stay before our early morning flight and it worked for us. Nothing spectacular about this hotel! WiFi use is limited!
