The hotel offers a wide range of wellness opportunities. The Spa and pool is free while the other services requires payment. Fine areas. During our stay we experienced a friendly and understanding reception (check in area) as well as a delicious and creative meal from the restaurant. The hotel may not seem of much from the outside, but its size...

I booked this hotel thinking I would rather pay a bit more for the service of a four star and a hotel with a swimming pool. I couldn't belive how small the room was when we first arrived. It was too claustrophobic to spend any time in there. The staff aren't very helpful and bordering on rude and the WiFi...

The hotel is within walking distance of the main railway station. The room is well appointed (in the renovated wing) and comes with free internet. There was a slight sewer gas smell in the bathroom. Front desk staff will not let anyone check in until 3pm. Bags can be stored with the desk. Make sure they lock the bag room...

My daughter and I had decided to spoil ourselves with a luxurious stay at this hotel. We studied it thoroughly before booking. Spa - several experiences with Hammam, saunas, algebath, massage and so on. Several restaurants and bars. When we arrived there was roadwork all around the hotel. So much noise, it was almost impossible to stay there. We had...

So to find the room, we spend at about half an hour. Room is clean and pretty good. But everything in this hotel not including spa is stupid. Personal do not now English well. Pretty far from center. Bar is awful. Restorant is like 2/5. Service is also really bad. Sorry, but I would never recommend this place.

There are several buildings connected together in this hotel. The hotel is noice, but my Classic room was more like room of a 3 star hotel. Very basic room with fridge, small window and extremely hard and uncomfortable mattress. Password for wifi was only given after I returned to ask for it. The room was clean and quiet.

I'v e been staying at the HH for 6 times since 2008. Always long stays of 4 weeks or longer. Positive: the Sauna/Spa/Pool "Bella Vita" is still a highlight. Not so nice: ongoing extensions over years lead to frequent construction noise during the day - however, it seems the limit of what can be built will soon be reached. The...

Stayed here for 2 nights and our first impressions were positive - lovely bright, modern hotel in a fairly good location. Check in was quick and straightforward - although they didn't fully explain how the free parking worked. we had parked in the basement car park and thought that there would be no charge as when we booked with Expedia...

Very nice hotel, and we had a big quiet room but the bed was not too comfortable and the bathtub very shallow and not really suitable for relaxing. We payed extra for the breakfast buffet and came down for it an hour before it was supposed to stop and half the assortment was gone and didn't got a refill even...
