We chose this hotel based on parking and the reputation of the brand. An initial indication of issues was when I called to see if the hotel could reserve a restaurant for as my German was too poor to understand what I was being told by the restaurant. One would normally expect with a 4 Star hotel to be able...

Stayed at this great hotel for one night and it is a lovely place. The hotel is within walking distance of the town centre. The staff , rooms and food all excellent and the hotel has free wifi which most other hotels charge for it.

The hotel is nice. It is surprisingly big with a grand entrance atrium. It has nice pool with a bridge in the middle and in Egyptian theme which is a bit random but actually quite fun. They charge you extra for the hot tub though (it takes coins and your session ticks away fast!) so don´t get to excited about...

Comfortable room after a very nice evening meal (buffet). Only drawback was the inability of the young lady behind reception, as to whether or not we could use the outside rear seating area. After much consultation with a colleague, we left her to it and a very nice waitress simply opened the door and showed us out. I suggest in...

Intended to stay for 4 nights but left after one. No restaurant open on Monday night so told to eat in bar. The bar was very busy and only two people serving. Took 10 minutes to get a drink. Food looked unappetising and was very expensive so asked for nearest local restaurant. Directed 10 minutes down the road but no...

Hotel is about 4 Km away from downtown in an industrial area where there is nothing going. Service in Hotel is not very friendly and there are not enough people working for the size of the Hotel. Breakfast has a large selection of foot but quality is not the best. The rooms and the hotel is clean.

The majority of employees were very helpful, even though they couldn't speak English. Pricey restaurant and pretty average breakfast. The lack of air conditioning was unacceptable. I hope they will fix it. Plus, the pillows were really weird. Loved the pool!

This hotel doesn't pretend to be something it is not. Yes the rooms are tiny, but it is clean and big enough Yes its doesn't have the best location but it is very close to public transportation I really enjoyed it here. The rooms were clean and tidy. Things that I didn't understand though: 1- no aircon. Really? 2- some...

Pretty average hotel with nothing special to commend it. Rather far out of town, and really too pricey for its location. But the staff are willing and try to help. Beware the frogs' chorus if you like to sleep with a window open! There is a large pond on one side of the hotel where the frogs make a frightful...

Lovely hotel but room only. No B & B. Rooms great but pillows really rubbish, could have asked for another but would still have been rubbish. Staff great, bar staff fantastic especially the young blonde number who had a lovely smile and the small dark haired very thin lady with glasses, she very cheeky in a nice way
