This hostel / hotel / B&B is excellent! There is a tram stop in front and there are excellent connection possibilities to the city center. It's location in Neustadt is great, it's a vibrant neighbourhood with a lot of creativity, nice bars, coffeehouses and restaurants. The hostel is very clean, very nicely decorated and clearly a lot of effort was...

I have stayed at this hostel in the beginning of November. It's a good place. There's clean sheets clean room and most importantly there's free wifi connection. My room was one of the three rooms on a floor and the key was opening the entrance door of the floor and my room, so i thought the key would open all...

...and at the same moment the nicest place! Surely I do recommend it to everyone who searches a cosy and merely inexpensive stay! It is clean, beautiful and comfortable. The personnel is extremely nice and helpful. You will also have a tasty breakfast. Good luck to everyone!

Mezcalero is a fine mexicana option for Dresden and is very professionally run. As soon as I had checked in the receptionist helped me register my new sim card and was very friendly throughout the stay. The rooms are adequate but the only issue is if you have folks residing in the room above who are heavy walkers at 1am...

Me and my boyfriend came to Dresden for a few days in the middle of a stay in Prague and stayed at the Mezcalero. Rooms were very clean as was the shared bathroom (as it goes, I don't think we actually shared the bathroom with anyone during our stay). The breakfast wasn't so much to our tastes, however, it was...

Dresden is not where one expects to find a Mexican-themed hotel, but we enjoyed it. We booked a double room with private bathroom and had a spacious two-room suite. The building is set back from the street and so the room was quiet. There is not an elevator but the staff carried our bags up. The location is about half...

A very funky Mexican-style hotel. About a 15 min tram ride from the centre of Dresden. Nice shower with a lot of pressure :) The breakfast is GORGEOUS, a wonderful selection of anything your heart desires in the morning :)

I stayed at Mezcalero in December 2010 with my friend and then again in December 2011 with my boyfriend. Prices are very favorable also in times of christmas markets. I know two rooms, both of them were completely different, but still decorated in nice colours, aztec-mexican style, interesting furniture, clean and comfortable. We had the private bathroom and in one...
