While my visit to Dresden i have an opportunity to stay 01 night in Schloss Eckberg. It experience is azaming. A old castle of 18th century converted to into hotel. Luxurious rooms with perfect service. Also the view from the hotel terrace is wonderful. River is running just behind the hotel. Best hotel to those who love to visit historic...

My boyfriend surprised me with a stay at Schloss Eckberg and I truly felt like a princess for a day. This castle has a breathtaking view of the river and you can even see the Altstadt from there. The rooms and the castle's surrounding grounds are beautiful! As you'd expect, the staff goes out of their way to make you...

This is a very charming castle with Christmas decorations. Riding the tram is convenient but it is a hike off the castle grounds. We found it easy to get around dresden and using the train between cities was good.

While Schloss Eckberg is a small and nice "castle" it did not meet our expectations. We stayed in the main castle and the rooms were reasonable size but once inside they were just another hotel room. The high speed internet was very poor and dropped out continually even though we tried different common areas as well as the rooms. The...

There is something very special about staying in a castle. Our room had a balcony with a view over the Elbe to Dresden. Even though it was rainy, we walked the gorgeous grounds. We had dinner there - one of the finest meals I've every had. The service overall was excellent. I hope to get back there again soon, bringing...

Lovely hotel, lovely ebvironment, nice people, Beds needs renewal though. Dresden is very much a trip worth while. The room is booked including all taxes, local taxes were added anyway. Probably an accor website error.

Excellent hotel, beautiful location and friendly staff! We enjoyed our time there. The garden is a special highlight. Breakfast was great, with local food. Stunning view over the river and the city. The place is quiet and good for relaxing.

I was very excited to learn a few weeks ago that Schloss Eckberg still existed. All my life family tales of Uncle Jean Souchay's little castle high above the river Elbe were, I had thought, just fanciful stories fuelled partly by an 18th century painting of his grandfather as a small child standing in front of a meandering river with...

Castle style building with modern sleeping quarters adjacent - located in suburbs of Dresden, just a short tram ride away from city centre. Friendly staff, very well equipped, large and modern rooms with super baths all sparkling clean. Lovely well kept gardens and fountains in this quiet little hide-away that is still just a 15 minute tram ride away from...
