Large room full of space. Excellent bathroom with separate tube and shower. Great service, the staff willing to help you with everything. Car parking, directions to museums, advice for eating out. Sumptous breakfast, a food orgy with salmon, shrimps, all kinds of eggs, boiled and fried, cereals, cookies, croissantes, juices, sparkling wine. On weekends breakfast restaurant is open until 11,30....

Built originally in the 1700's and restored in 1995, this is a Fabulous hotel, with attentive staff, in an outstanding location - superb. Located in the "old town", fantastic architecture in and around the hotel; Opera, Grand Palace, etc. Very comfortable room, all the regular 5 Star amenities including a spectacular shoe shine service! Exceptional gym, spa, pool - almost...

This fantastic hotel, well located. Good service, how ever not all the staff create empaty... At least we expect to receive an honest smile, not much more than that. 2 out of 6 most probably don't like what they are doing... The Management should have a deep look into this!

I work in hotel contracting for a living, have done for 15 years, I've never been made to feel so unwelcome, so second class in my life. This hotel is for locals and Germans only Friday night the one and only bar was completely full with locals, all empty chairs/tables were reserved for absent locals. After explaining I was a...

We visited Dresden only for a day and a half, but found this hotel to be top-notch. The room was spotless and lovely, and the service was great. The location is perfect, right across the street from the Zwinger museum. The only drawback was that there were no good restaurants within walking distance. We usually prefer to eat dinner outside...

Overall we've had a great stay. Our room is the 2nd tier of rooms and is large and spacious. The front desk staff and concierge are lovely and helpful. The housekeeping is spotty. I've never had to request hair conditioner and evidently there are 2 tiers of products, the Kempinski brand and another. Usually in Europe you get water compliments...

The rooms in here are great. Dresden is a wonderful city to visit. This place is quite luxurious and has a great pool and spa type room. It is centrally located. The breakfast is well worth getting up for as the Kempinski food is always fantastic.

Located within walking distance to the Zwinger, Semperopera, Frauenkirche, and downtown. It's not cheap but enjoyable to stay there. Breakfast is served in a very nice courtyard. But it is not included in the price for the room. Parking is available for Euro 25 per night. If you don't mind paying more for everything, this is the hotel for you....

I have been in Kempinsky Dresden twice and after my recent visite, I will not even consider any other hotel in the city. Iam sure, there are other great hotels in Dresden, but Kempinsky is exactly how Iam imagining a classic luxury hotel. The rooms are all done with the sence of a detail and there is nothing to be...

The front desk reservation manager is a disgrace and very rude. Guests should avoid this location. My efforts to talk reasonable sense was of no avail as they would not want to listen. I ended up spending $$$ on international calls to Expedia US to sort this out and in the end I lost more money as the reservations manager...
