Mind you: I am writing this about a four star bizz hotel. And as such it is very much worth the 5 points. Better than 4 stars actually. You could complain about the mobile airco-unit in the room. But if that's an issue, go to a 5 star hotel. As a bizz hotel (they advertise themselves as such) it is...

What can I Say? BASF overwhelmes you with luxury in this hotel. The fitness area, the room, in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet is just overwhelming and the restaurant has a very nice atmosphere. OK, this is a business hotel but everything is well designed. A minor point is the noisy airco units. And you may get rid of the...

A typical business-hotel. And their typical guest can sleep with plastic on their matress. I can't. So I took it away. René Bohn should look how, for instance, Ibis and Campanile have solved the problem with saving their matresses. The hotel is in a guiet and dull residental area. Room, besides the plastic, was very comfortable. Service high class and,...

I am regularly staying in this nice hotel during my business trips in the area of Ludwigshafen. The staff is very helpfull and friendly, the bedrooms are top clean and well equipped (definitely try the executive rooms, they are absolutely fantastic) and the breakfast buffet has such a variety of choice to really dream of. The only disadvantage is that...

I was here for a business meeting. I've got a deluxe room at a reasonable price. Nice interior decoration however one only one opportunity for improvement is the size of the room. The rooms are very small; the bathroom is even too small for one person. Food was delicious, excellent service.Internet works well

Loved it!!! The only thing negative I could say is about the bar. The bar attendant are not exactly bartenders. Ask for simple drinks and you are in there. You can throw a rock into Mannheim from here. I will definitely be back. Price is €160 but worth it.

The standard rooms are already outstanding. Due to a reservation error I got the opportunity to get into one of the luxury flats, probably designed to offer the BASF ex-pats a place to live for a couple of weeks. Absolutely great. The hotel serves tremendous buffet style breakfast. Fitness room is well equiped. Location is good for business but not...

Dear guest, thank you very much for your great feedback! The next time please check with our Concierge. The are some very nice walking areas near the hotel like e.g. the Rhine River, Ebertpark and more. We are very sorry to hear that you were not able to use our restaurant to enjoy a meal from our tasty menue card....

Stayed here for 4 nights. To be honest glad to be checking out. Yes this is a business hotel, but one where not all rooms are air-conditioned. So ask for one, you don't want to turn up all sweating now to your meeting! I did think for a modern hotel this was poor, our room had the sun all afternoon...

The Hotel itself is owned by the chemical company BASF and mostly serves as a business hotel for BASF visitors but is open for the public and offers very reasonable weekend specials. The location of the hotel is probably not ideal if you are looking for proximity to restaurants, bars or sightseeing - however public transport to reach Mannheim and...
