Cozy, personal, good service, sweet and professional staff! Easy check in and late hour entrance even if there is no staff during the night.
Small but fully sufficient breakfast that was serviced at the best!

I stayed here for one night this week while attending the Anuga show in Cologne. Its only 45 minutes train from the exhibition to Dusseldorf and the hotel prices are normal there as opposed to trying to get a hotel in Cologne. The taxi driver found the hotel easily as its located at the other end of the main bridge.

The room was small but had everything I needed. Excellent shower, spotless bathroom, very comfortable bed, TV and very fast and reliable wireless internet.

The breakfast was adequate but could have done with a little more variety and some more hot options. Overall I would certainly stay here again for business.

Room Tip: I was on the second floor Room 13 and the wifi was very strong, although I could hear the tram.

Very good location, this family run hotel is in Dusseldorf's finest areas. only minutes from city centre. Rooms are clean, good wi-fi and staff is very friendly.
Surrounding area is very nice, good restaurants and shops.
I would definitely recommend it.

I loved this place. The hotel has genuine character and is certainly no bland facsimile of 90% of places out there. Our room had decor chosen by someone taking care and with their own flavour. It is very well located and a quick tram ride to the centre - it was a LOT easier than I expected looking at it on the map in advance! If you want a business hotel this might not be for you, but I loved it and would go back no hesitation.

It's ok, nothing more. The location is central, the staff helpful, the rooms definitely too small for my taste. All in, its nothing to write home about, but I guess there are worse options. Around the corner are some nice bars, and if you have to stay on a budget, this hotel might be a solid choice.

Nothing too much to complain about.
The wifi is fast. The rooms are clean. The location is right beside a U-bahn station which takes just 5 minutes to the city centre and 11minutes to the hauptbahnhof.
The surrounding area is really nice. The hotel is quiet.
There is NO rooexpensivem service as advertised.
I chose it because it was less than most of the hotels (Dusseldorf is very expensive!).
The rooms are very basic.

Nice small hotel located in a neighborhood you would like to live in. Rooms are bit small but it's clean and you get all you need. Hotel offers free parking as well. Breakfast is very good! You can find many restaurants nearby, in the evening go for a walk and enjoy the view to beautiful houses in this interesting neighborhood. I was there for a business trip, but will also advise this hotel to all travelers as it is comfortable, well located, reasonably priced and offers good service.

I was looking for an economical stopover near the airport with free parking and an early breakfast 06h30 (even though I had to negotiate this, over the counter!) Uninspiring building but very clean rooms, helpful staff and quiet residential location (in quite an upmarket district i may add!) with plenty of bars and shops; not only that but just a 20min walk over the rhein bridge to the bustling Old town. On top of this the continental breakfast was more than that, even including eggs. first rate and would recommend highly to other pennypinching travellers like myself

Great location in the heart of Düsseldorf-Oberkassels' residential area!

Very friendly and dedicated staff, the free parking was a treat free-of-charge in this otherwise congested part of town. A variety of public transportation is within 1-2 minutes walking distance.

A multitude of shops, restaurants and cafés is at your doorstep. Also , the Arosa Hotel is ideally located a few minutes walking distance to the grasslands of the river Rhine, which was much appreciated by our dog. Pets are welcomed at this hotel.

Breakfast is excellent and adequate. The rooms are simple and functional. Service- and pricewise a gem.

My daughter and I stayed for three night and loved the place. Very individual design, stylish decoration and extremely helpful staff. Got nice recommendations for what to do in the city from the reception. Breakfast was very complete with lot to choose from. Definitely recommendable to every kind of visitor. Dusseldorf was fun city to visit!
