We had a reservation at this hotel on the 24/01/15, in the reservation was indicated that this hotel will offer limited services because a renovation was taking place, also arrivals after 18:00 was not possible. We arrived at the hotel at 17:15 after been at the Boot exhibition and was a very snowing day. Arrived at the hotel and there... More

This hotel needs some serious renovation. This seems like a set out of the 70s or 80s movies. The hotel has an ok breakfast, but nothing to rave about really. The location is nowhere near the city. The rooms are small and stifling , but still functional. If you are in Duesseldorf why not stay at the wankier/newer hotels?

For a change u prefer some green woods rather than normal european structure plan to stay here. Little off beat from city but located at one of the upper class area. The Dusseldorf race course / horse breeding ground / zoo r near by. The place has indoor swimming pool, sauna for relaxing. The property rooms r quiet complicated to... More

in the evening of the second day I stayed at, I came back to the hotel. Reception said to me "You room was changed to new room. Everything of yours including materials on/in the desk and bath room, underwear and cloths in the closet, were transferred into the new room."without any apology. This happened without any prior notice and without... More

Hotel is situated a little outside of the city center which is good or bad, depending on your needs. Surrounde by a park, close to the race course. Not too far from the airport or the "Messe". Good breakfast and friendly service all around. Reasonable prices even during the exhibition times, which is rare in Dusseldorf.

First the positives: The staff are friendly, there is a good choice for breakfast and the location is great if you like countryside. That's where they end. Stayed for 4 nights in March and there was no chef for at least 2 of the nights, just as well that the Spanish Restaurant (which is excellent) across the road was there... More

The place is probable the worst I have ever visited in Western Europe. Small, smelly room - more like an old motel one. Everything seems to be pretty old and not renovated for ages. You get the same impression in corridors and a lift which makes you worry if it go up in secure way. Small old fashioned TV, one... More

The worst Hotel and service ever, the owner should look out his window and see that the dinosaurs are gone and customer service exists. The Hotel was empty.. Surprise! A decision should be made if it a conference centre or a Hotel, restaurant rarely open. Half renovated area and rather a disturbing high staff turnover. I told you I would... More

Location is ok, in the forest, but the place is really bad, which is a shame, because there could be potential. Rooms are small and definitely dating from the construction date 1985. Carpet is old and needs to be changed. I was in a smoking room, smelled like an ashtray even by ventilating for 2 hours. There were some work... More
