I stayed in this hotel in December 2019. This hotel is nicely located in the city centre of Dusseldorf. Airport to hotel fair will be approx 25 euro. Reception staff is quite polite and even helps for taxi booking. Taxi booked by reception reaches in 5 mins to doorstep.

Rooms are cozy and well equipped with all amenities. Rooms with road view have view of cathedral opposite to hotel. Rooms also have induction stove and all utensils to cook food inside the room. As I haven't cooked inside the room, I am not aware how stuffy room can become after cooking. Hotel also provide complementary water and beer every day in the minibar.

I faced two issues during my stay,
1. Soundproofing between 2 rooms: My room was connected to other room on floor and there was a door between our room which was locked. Although it was locked, I was able to hear all sounds from next room. It was bit disturbing as person from next room was constantly opening and closing the doors in the late hours.
2. Soundproofing of windows: My room was facing the road. As windows are not properly soundproofed, you can hear the traffic sound inside the room. I was getting disturbed by abulance sirens after almost every 15 mins which was annoying.

So all good experiences created by well equipped room and staff were ruined by inadequate soundproofing. I will try this hotel again in future, but will try rooms on opposite side to road. Due to soundproofing issue, reduced rating from very good to average.

Nice hotel on a very good location. 500m from Königsallee. Clean modern rooms with kitchen, flat-screen TV Temperature on the room was hard to control. There was a lot of noise from the streets, but with the windows closed it was silent.

I just arrived for a long term accommodation and I was astonished from the atmosphere .
The staff is so kind , helpful and friendly any request or question you have you get a clear answer .
The room is very nice has its small kitchen set place full of sun and quiet.
Price is very reasonable even I can say it’s quite challenging all other offers in the city .
I would recommend this hotel for any kind of stay in Düsseldorf business long stay private .

This was the second time I have stayed at this hotel. On the first occasion the experience was tainted by a very bad experience in the breakfast room. No such problem this time round, and the whole experience left me very pleased. The hotel is in a good, quiet location, but close to the metro. The staff are really friendly, and very helpful, and I now would have no hesitation in using this hotel again. Just like the first time around, the hotel is spotless, and the rooms very modern, with free tv, wi-fi and safe, I give it ten out of ten on this occasion.

I booked the hotel as part of a seminar, the room (suite) is nicely furnished, has air conditioning, which is even active and made it very pleasant; when I visited it was 32 degrees in Düsseldorf.
The minibar is cooled and filled with water/beer, which is free.
The bathroom is modern and easy to use.
I felt comfortable.

I got this room last minute for a very good price and as a last minute promotion, they gave the mini-bar for free (2 beers and 2 waters). Very impressed with how clean and modern the room is. Although it won't be used, it also comes with its own kitchenette and utensils. I lucked into a north-facing room with a great view of the church and a room without the tub which means I got a modern glass and tile shower. Would recommend this hotel.

Close to clinic bel etage and hospitals which is why we booked here however the entrance is not wheelchair friendly and the staff did not help on arrival with all our luggage and daughter in a wheelchair . The room we were given (s one bedroom apartment) smelt really badly of curry that someone had obviously cooked prior to us , and we just couldn’t get rid of the smell the whole time we stayed there . It’s important to note that for longer stays the rooms are only serviced weekly. For a family the glass bathroom door was a bit off putting also . We unfortunately did not find this hotel overly comfortable .

Clean and central accommodation. I thought it was really great that you could even use the minibar for free. The rooms were also relatively large, especially the bathroom. There is also a cooking facility. The breakfast was also very tasty. What I also really liked was that there was free water available in the reception area. Overall, the price-performance ratio is good.

We had to change our booking and ended up with a refund being needed. The Manager wrote emails and tried really hard to send us our refund - our bank details were incorrect and he tried again and again. We received our refund today and are delighted. What a nightmare we caused this lovely hotel and they could not have been kinder! We would only ever stay in this hotel again!! Their restaurant attached Is the best food I have ever had in my life!

We were at a Belgium GP, shuttling early morning and late evening to/from Spa Francorchamps. The location was great for the shuttle, and reception staff were friendly. What let me down however, was the smell of the cigarettes, and the noise at night. When we got back to the hotel, there were very loud parties going on. We did not report to the reception, since it seemed pointless. I could also hear phone conversations that went on for hours, as well as the noise of constant door shutting/banging from other rooms up/down. The room was clean but I could constantly smell the cigarettes in the room and on the sheets. I don’t know where the smell is coming from - either from the corridor or the vents, or the sheets - or whether I was supposed to specify a nonsmoking room.
