I have used this property numerous times, including bookings for myself and visiting family members. The location is very convenient for accessing the city of Düsseldorf and the surrounding communities. There is also very good access via the Rheinbahn with a stop about 200 meters from the property. The facilities are Courtyard quality -smaller rooms, limited open space (lobby, outside terrace...), and an onsite restaurant. There aren't many restaurants within walking distance as this property is largely in an office park / light industrial center.

This hotel is conveniently located because it's a short walk from the Am Seestern transit stop, which is the end of the line. That line leaves every 20 minutes. I noticed that it didn't run on Sunday, the day I left.
The hotel is clean and smells like a Courtyard! If you've been in other Courtyard hotels, you will know what I mean.
When I checked in to the hotel and found my way to the room, I noticed that there were two towels neatly stacked on the bed, in addition to the towels in the bathroom. There was also a small bag of macaroons and a water as a welcome gift for Gold status, which was very nice.
The shampoo, conditioner and body wash are all pump bottles but at the sink, the hotel still provides bar soap. The bathtub is very high, so I advise being careful when entering. There is only a glass screen covering half the length of the bathtub and nothing else so also be careful with splashing during a shower.
I tried to do work on my laptop but I found the internet in the hotel to be very slow, almost prohibitively so. I mentioned this in my feedback to the hotel and they responded that they would fix it.

Old property in need for renovation, the bathrooms are dated and the room is average. We only needed a room for a short night before flying out the next morning but wouldnt recommend it otherwise.
On check around 7pm in there was no one behind the counter and a waitress held the fort whilst the receptionist was away and similarly when we checked out at 6am no on was there so we left the keys at reception and walked out.
The location is so so, probably good if you need to be in this part of Duesseldorf. We were there on a Sunday evening so found free parking around the the corner (hotel charges for parking) but assume during the week it would be more difficult.

Room and Hotel are worn and has seen better days worn benches in the breakfast area, plates and glasses with chips from them during dinner; no soft towels in the room, depressing '80s decor; Marriott Bonvoy Benefits are not adherned to (smallest available room was provided); not late checkout was possible even though asked only for a one hour extension (someone knocked on my door and argued I needed to leave50 minutes ago even though I am a Bonvoy Platinum)'; breakfast is listed as untill 11:00 and agreed with reception (on offer) that it is €11 - one is then presented a bill to sign for €22 without futher explanation. At 11:03 the cleaning crew then marches in with vaccuum cleaners and all sort of detergents to clean (THE SMELL; THE SOUNDS? - the whole "please get out of here now, as you are not important to us" - attitude that comes with this whole picture.... this used to be quite nice and good value for money but really isn't worth anyones time and money.

As others say, this hotel is dated BUT we stay here when travelling to Dusseldorf because of its location to what we need and they usually recognise our Bonvoy status well. The gym is large but also a little dated. We usually find the service very good but on the last few occasions it hasn't been up to standard. I can cope with dated, but what I really resent is the cost of parking at 21 euro per 24 hours particularly at weekends when the area is very quiet. There is some street parking locally, but when that is full, you have no option other than to use the hotel.

The Hotel is a little off the beaten track but easily accessible by Tram or Bus for those without a car.
Nice spacious room with a Big Bathroom, Big TV and more importantly a Big Bed.
Tea and Coffee making facilities in room and a small fridge.
Excellent Breakfast with a wide choice of quality food and drink.
Only downside is no "corner shop" in close proximity.
Staff all friendly and helpful.

From the start the staff were amazing. I arrived on an overnight flight, too early for checking in, the staff were quick to take my bag, get coffee, and make me feel comfortable. The restaurant staff, also very friendly and quick to help. Breakfast selection is very good. Everything is clean and the fitness center is well equipped.

I've been staying at Marriott's for the last 20 years and really like the service level and quality that you usually get. This Courtyard is OK but just a few things let it down. I had an upgraded room which meant I had a dining room [weird] in addition to a very comfortable bedroom. However, all this was let down by a really small bathroom and shower doors that didn't close properly so ended up with a flooded floor. Two shower heads but couldn't get the rain shower to work. The TV was also mounted on the wrong wall so not easy to lie in bed and watch and chair along way from it. Reception area is nice and staff were friendly. Didn't have time to use the bar, restaurant or gym. Location is good for town and business areas

Very nice spacious room, with nice bed. Great breakfast in the morning and friendly staff. The hotel is a bit outside the center, but the tram-metro is 2 minutes walk, and within 15 minutes you are in the center.

I slept at this hotel during a congress held in a different hotel and I am quite satisfied with the choice. My room was wide and comfortable, well cleaned and maintained on a daily basis. The hotel is conveniently close to line U77 of the U-bahn, that leads in 10 minutes to Dusseldorf old town and the central station.

The hotel does have good U-bahn connections as well as bus connections.
The U77 stops very close to the hotel and from this underground you can access the region or main train station, as well as Altstadt. The 836 bus also stops right across the street and you can easily travel by bus to any of the main spots around Dusseldorf.
I would suggest downloading the Rheinbahn app, its super useful in finding the next train or bus from your location, and you can plan trips as well. It gives you a clear idea of the ticket price as well.
Hi, it's not so close to Christmas market, about 2-3km. There is a tram stop right around a corner and it runs quite late. Hope this helps. Enjoy your stay in Düsseldorf!
Of course. This is a basic service of most hotels. I believe that if you made a reservation at Booking site you can make check in before 15:00. Have a good trip.
