Quite far away from the city center. Rooms are quite bad, too simple. Small bed in single room (I didn't even know that there can be narrow bed in a hotel anymore). Also full floor carpet, which made me feel sick in the room. Toilet seat was almost hit the shower cubicle. Barely no voice isolation at all. You heard clearly when some other opened their door to the aisle, and even walked on it. Also all the traffic noise from outside was hearable clearly. Otherwise, rooms were cleaned well. Daily. View from the window was directly to the gas station next door. Breakfast was great. But stuff in the kitchen couldn't speak English.

Nice and cute hotel in a district of Bielefeld named Brackweder. I was traveling from Duesseldorf airport by train and found that if you take ICE train you need to go out at the Bielefeld train station, but if RE train you can step out at Brackwede station, much closer to the hotel. It took about 35 min to go by foot for me. Nice lady at the reception helped me to book the taxi and a train ticket back to Duesseldorf

Typical German hotel above a restaurant, bar and partyroom. The room is simple and basic but contains everything you need and is very clean. Same for the bathroom. Staff are friendly and correct. The Sunday breakfast buffet was amazing. The Monday breakfast buffet seemed to be mainly composed of leftovers from the Sunday buffet. We did not stay to see what the normal weekday breakfast is like. Overall very good value for money. Will certainly go back when I'm next around Bielefeld.

I have stayed here twice. First time during August 2013 and second time during December 2014. Both the time I have stayed for three days. Nice hotel on highway. Slightly away from main city. Overall good experience to stay at this place. Neat and clean rooms. Clean bathrooms. Cooperative staff. Good buffet breakfast. High speed unlimited free wifi.Only problem is hotel staff don't understand English language. They speak and understand only Germany language. Breakfast menu also in local language. If you are vegetarian, very difficult to understand from menu also difficult to explain same to hotel staff. Overall nice hotel to stay. I will prefer to stay once again here, if I am visiting again to bielefeld.

I've stayed here many times over the years. The recent refurbishments have done much to improve what had started to become a very tired and dated establishment. New carpets, drapes and TV's have helped but unfortunately, the rooms are still very dimly lit and the traffic noise makes it impossible to open a window at night time. It's clean and sparsely furnished but the water is hot and in abundance. Food generally is of a good standard but the evening restaurant is nothing compared with how it was in former times. Breakfast is a buffet with hot and cold items and fresh tea and coffee served to your table. Overall, it's a not-so-cheap-and-cheerful overnight business hotel which is a good taxi ride out of town and so if you do not have a car or you would like to drink a beer in the city then you are somewhat trapped.

Room Tip: Rooms at the back suffer less from heavy traffic noise. Rooms on floor 3 are larger.

I stayed at this hotel a couple of times whilst on business trips in Germany. Close to Bielefeld city center and train station close proximity to autobahn. Very friendly and helpful staff the restaurant also serves a very good standard of food. Very clean room and bathroom. Breakfast of a satisfactory standard. One minor point is the rooms and beds are quite small also you would be hard pushed to do any computer work in your room they very dimly lit. A decent hotel for a one or two night stay.

I visited the restaurant with my wife & parents in law & this review is to highlight the excellence of the food that we had for dinner. My rump steak was stunning in its taste, flavour & texture; it seems trite to say that it was the best steak that I've ever tasted but frankly, I was amazed at how this product could have been so well chosen & cooked to absolute perfection. My fellow diners were equally impressed with their meals of turkey & pork so a big well done & thank you to the hotel kitchen staff. Interestingly, my impression of the rump steak was to describe it as a fillet steak, but in any event, it was superior to anything similar that I've tasted in the UK.

We stayed here for our sons wedding, arrived at 0600 in the morning Breakfast was being served and we were offered to sit down to eat, the breakfast was continental ,which being English was dissapointing but a nice selection, the breakfast room was in the reception area ,which i found strange with a very nice restaurant in the next room,it seems like that they do not want to use the restaurant ,to keep it nice and clean, as in the evening we sat down in the bar area with family and friends, 12 of us in total ,we enquired about eating at around 20.00 hrs we were told that we could eat from the menu ,but the restaurant was now closed and some tables could be set up in the bar, this was very strange as yet again we were sat eating ,looking at a empty restaurant, the food was very good ,the rooms were nice but noisey, our sons Buffet food was exellent the staff were very helpful and friendly, all in all a nice hotel to have a wedding reception and stay ,

Stayed several times at this hotel, rooms can be very small. Can also be noisy depending on the courtesy of other guests. The restaurant seems to be regularly fully booked, hence the car park will be full. You may not get a parking spot when returning in the early evening. Nothing exciting to write about. If you need a bed for the night than this hotel will be ok. Breakfast is basic but will do. Hotel is ok when travelling on business but not to be recommended if travelling with a family.
