Stayed at this hotel and had booked it trough a travel agency. When we arrived we were placed in the basement, in a smoking room. When I got back to the reception to ask about another room I could tell that the lady had had this request from other guests. When I looked at our…
A small and cozy hotel in the center of the old part of Wismar. Interesting houses and not far to the shopping and cafes in town Friendly staff, but not all are happy to communicate in English, prefers Deutch. Clean rooms and good food. It is worth a visit
The hotel has 5 Buildings whcih can make a bit difficult to "figure out" But it is cosy with a nice atmosphere, the rooms are not big, but nice and well equipped, and the restaurant i also nice with a good "ambiente" and good food.

"Ask for a room higher up in the building."
"I can not recommend this hotel"
"If you are travelling independently, go for a bigger room. If you can’t afford it, look elsewhere. Go for ground floor or first floor to avoid sloping ceilings. Request non-smoking or smoking rooms according to your preference. Smoking rooms are still available in Germany and much of Europe."
"My best tip is: try another hotel. wismar has many nicelooking accomodations."
"Book a comfort room as they are bigger. You can also book rooms that are specifically non-smoking or smoking."
