We stayed one night here on a cycle trip. The hotel is very cyclist friendly as they also rent bicycles here. The room was really good for a family as there was a separate room for the kids. We had a balcony with not much of a view but it was very quiet. The hotel also has probably the best... More

Very near to seilbahn. Nice sweet traditional place to stay for one or two days. Only problem with atleast our room was toilet used to stink all the time so that made our stay bit uncomfortable. But rest everything was good. Staff was also good.

To be honest: although the Rhine-area landscape around Ruedesheim is of an amazing beauty, we did not like the village Ruedesheim at all - the place is just to touristic. We did book the ''Wine-walk'' (in German) organised by the ' Zum Gruenen Kranz'' Hotel (that also provides bikerental). The winewalk was a highlight during our 5 day stay in... More

We live in Frankfurt and decided to spend the night on our fourth visit to Rudesheim. We opted for the most basic room. We were on the top / 3rd floor with a nice view of the church spire. It was quiet, apart from the bell tolling during daylight hours. The hotel was clean and it was nice to have... More

Small hotel & restaurant (smaller hotel, bigger restaurant). The hotel is clean and very well kept. Prices are very good especially for late reservation (Euro 55/sgl/night for the very same night).People are nice and helpful. Breakfast was of good quality and abundant (although the eggs should be ready faster J ). Small but clean rooms, well furnished and equipped. The... More

I travel to Germany every year or two and always make it a point to stay at ZUM GRUENEN KRANZ. It has been the starting point for the last 8 student groups (up to 28 people), and it has always been the favorite of both the students and the chaperones. Herr Naegler and his staff are to be commended for... More

We stayed three nights in the family apartment at the top of the hotel, with my mum in the adjoining double room on the same floor. On arrival we were welcomed into the restaurant with a glass of house wine, with juice on offer for the children, We were not expecting such a spacious room, which also had an adjoining... More

I travel through Ruedesheim 3 times a year and always stay a few days. Hope to be able do do this for many years to go. To me its the only choice any time of the year. A huge variety of things to do are being also offered by the great people who run the place. Thank you

We rented the family apartment at the top floor of the hotel. It was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it for anyone traveling with a group. The free wine tasting was also fun, and we enjoyed the breakfasts very much. They also helped to store my luggage while I went on a longer excursion. Very pleasant... More

The hotel was perfect for one night. It is very near KD stop where you can take the cruise towards Koblenz and because it is at the beginning you can have a very nice spot on the boat. Breakfast was ok and the room was nice. The bathroom was spacious and in the morning a church bell will wake you... More
