This is not a flash hotel, but you can get rooms for < €60 a night if you book early. It's in a quiet street, though the early morning aeroplanes coming in to land at Frankfurt (a good few miles away) mean an alarm clock is not needed (but that's for all of Hanau). The rooms are clean, comfy and...

My wife and I stayed here for three days and two nights. The staff was friendly and polite. The rooms were clean but could use some minor repairs. We didn't eat there for breakfast so I can't comment on the food. Lunch and dinner we ate in the city. The hotel offered free Wi-Fi but it didn't work in our...

We were a little disappointed in the hotel but they did come through for us in a way . . . it was older as many hotels are in Germany. the price was cheap so not sure what we expected! firstly there is no elevator, be prepared to carry your bags up yourself. we had 2 rooms, they were all...

Stayed at this hotel at the beginning of June--left after nite 1. I've stayed at different places in Europe and the states and this was the most lacking. When we arrived the door was locked and no one was in attendance. The bar next door--hookah bar--had several employees milling about--asked the bartender to help out--he eventually got hold of someone...

This hotel recently renovated their breakfast area into a waterpipe club. During the late night you enjoyed the smell, music and loud conversations of the waterpipe club visitors. The new breakfast room was freezing cold. Each day it was a competition to have a complete breakfast, if you were not the first breakfast guest you had the leftovers of the...

We had a nice bright room. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were good but thought there was a suttle bus but wasn't advised that we had to order it. Our TV wasn't working, shower head was loose, curtains didn't close. Seemed to be a maintenance problem. We were 2 floors up narrow winding stairs with no offer of help to...

Well, I did stay for 1 night here. I did book a double room with separate beds and I got 1 normal single bed and 1 adapted couch. However I could sleep well in the adapted bed. The room was typical for German 3 star hotels, that means old furniture and a tiny TV set but that last I wanted...

Great location. Fantastic breakfast included. Small bathrooms with tiny shower that could have used some Tilex on the grout. The beds are comfortable, though, and for the money you can't beat it. Free parking in the back. Room size is average for Europe. As for a room on the back of the building to keep the noise down. The staff...
