1) The aircon did not work. I woke up twice in the middle of the night because it was so hot. There were no windows in the rooms which we could have opened to let the cool air in.

Going to Radisson Blu certain standards are expected and in this specific hotel, there are not.
Beds were small, shampoo & bath gel were not replaced daily, used towels were not collected, very small overcrowded bar, long queues at the checkout.

Reception service usually bad, luggage service often not available.
Rooms small. Wardrobes the smallest I ever encoutered.
I spent three fairs there, each seven nights.
Never would I consider to come at normal times.
