well.... what else can say..all other reviewer has said it all, don't even think about it, disgusting!! there not even a kettle in the room, is dusty, super noisy, the bed is unacceptable, tiny shower room, we found public hairs on the wall as well, unbelievable. highly NOT RECOMMENDED. The City Hotel was absolutely terrible for several reasons: 1. It smelled like smoke because people were allowed to smoke in the halls, right outside our door. 2. It was located directly beside 3 different strip joints. Our window view was 2 strip joints which meant people were loud all throughout the night. 3. The room was dirty. There was...

Had 24 hrs in Frankfurt on a layover, and this hotel was a perfect choice. It's a 5 minute walk to/from a train station that will take you to the airport in 20 minutes, and city-center tourist attractions are all within short walking distance - the Zeil pedestrian shopping mall and Kleinmarkthalle are 5 minute walks; Romer no more than...

The area is very central for touring Frankfurt on foot or by public transport although the street it is situated is a bit seedy. Sex clubs and a brothel share the street, however we had no problems. The S-Bahn runs from the airport to a station at the end of the street. Bus and trams also situated very near. The...

This hotel has a great location, very central to everything, very clean. There were some minor hiccups when we were checking in as we were left in the lobby for almost half and hour till someone came and checked us in. The rooms are ok, very basic but clean. If you get a good deal then might be worth a...

Near to Zeil shopping area but this is all ! Looks like an ex-apartment had been changed to a hotel with average rooms, very small shower & toilet area.. The weather was so cold and the heating system was off until I get in to the room and asked to reception for an extra blanket.. Answer was " sorry but...

The hotel is located close to the city centre. There are a few sex shops and peep shows nearby but the neighborhood was still very quiet. The hotel and the rooms are very basic, clean but would need a modern look... The breakfast was ok.

This hotel is definitely good for its location as its close to old city center and all shopping areas. The room were alight, I didn't expect much before hand but was better than expected. The breakfast was relatively good, a lot of people complain about the brothel next door, however since we were all adults we didn't care too much...

“Ask for room 502 - it was the only one I actually saw, but if I take into account the feedback I heard from others in the elevator, this is the best room. Perhaps the other rooms on the 5th floor are nice as well - some have old balconies.”
