We here this week, at the time of check in we were made to sign a disclaimer that we won't smoke in the rooms. This put us off, it is not the way the greet guests, the very approach to the hotel is so cold and a small door. We went in circles to find the place then we had...

I've been staying half a dozen times at the Eurotheum and every time was grand, but not this time: I mailed the hotel twice in regard to my prepaid credit card and that I'd arrive between 19-20h. When I arrived at 19h sharp they told me they were about to cancel my reservation because they had in general problems with...

日本語あり I was looking for apartment style accommodation near city center. I thought this place is a bit off from center when I saw the map but in fact it is not far from shopping area and tourist's area. Stations are not so far, too. The area near Frankfurt central station -I didn't feel ver safety but this hotel is...

Great place with exceptional view over the city, close walking distance to downtown and shopping. Great rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, good price for the value received. Overall a great place to stay in Frankfurt.

We stayed there for two nights. Nice room, friendly staff, super breakfast and amazing view from the rooms. Really enjoyed! If you are searching for a nice hotel (business and pleasure) this is it. Good location.

Spacious appartement-rooms starting from the 23rd floor and up. The entrance and parking garage are a bit hard to find, look for the small door next to the Starbucks. Lifts are on the outer side of the building, quite spectacular. Service and amenities are as to be expected.

Spent two nights on the 28th floor with great views of the city. Room was very spacious with good facilities, good shower, sinks etc. Quiet and comfortable bed with tea/coffee in room. Used the restaurant on floor 22 for both dinner and breakfast. Staff and food good, 5 or 6 starters and main courses to choose from at night with...

It is a nice hotel but they also need some improvements. We received free upgrade (being Melia Rewards platinum members) to one of the best rooms, with bathtub in room with stunning view to the city center. When we checked in we noticed that we had a dusty burned bulb into the sink. I was also surprised because they do...

We had a beautiful time at the Melia Tower in Frankfurt. Our room was on the 29th floor, very well equipped with a kitchenette and a breathtaking view over Frankfurt. Same applies to the breakfast room on floor 22. The 'Alte Oper' right down in front of you, with a perfect breakfast at hand.

Central location, but i did not like the style of the room with a kitchenette in the room. Simply not my style. Not particularly friendly staff at check-in. Would not stay again. Location: very central in Frankfurt 5 min walk to opera. Entrance hard to find, as hotel is in tower it is a bit like entering an office building...
