Great location near the station, but old hotel that needs a serious refurbishment. Poor choice of TV channels (10 Russian channels, a few Chinese, a few Arabic, but only two in French). Breakfast is correct.

Near central station and downtown. Although a bit gloomy area. Friendly staff, fast internet. Bathtub, bathrobe and slippers in privilege room. Got a free upgrade to privelege room. Very uncomfortable bed.

This hotel is not to be confused with another Mercure which is more clearly signposted outside the main station. The hotel is a rabbit warren and rooms can be a long walk from the sole lift. The rooms are dated and not well lit. The Accor member's offer of a free drink is not honoured as there is no bar!...

One of the nicer Mercure properties. Staff was very friendly and professional. The central location close to the central station means the area is busy. So if you are looking for a more quiet room ask to get one not facing the street. Rooms are somewhat modern and very clean. Plenty of casual restaurants and bars nearby.

Very, very small rooms and beds. Both short and narrow. No upgrade and only 1 hour late check out in spite of a platinum card. We had a superior room and it was supposed to have a comfortable seating- what a joke! One chair at the very small desk. And, I have never seen a smaller TV in a hotel!

Rooms were quite small but love the location as its just a short walk from the main train station. Staff were superb! They were fast in answering all my emails and accommodated our requests. Breakfast was good too!

The good location of the hotel is amongst the best things you will have when visiting Mercure Kaiserfoh. Its opposite Frankfurt main train station Hbf and in the middle of restaurants and shops. However mercure is in the red light district and when it gets dark it gets dangerous to walk around. Even if its walking distance from everything and...

The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to the train station and the old city. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast in the morning was great with a wide variety of hot and clod to select from. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Do not use as a business hotel - you are not able to work, due to really bad internet access. So if this is important, do not book this hotel. Otherwise, it's nice, good located hotel, for leisure. Best regards, Frank from Denmark

My husband and I stayed at this hotel and were visiting Frankfurt for both business and some fun. The best thing about the hotel is the location, near the Frankfurt Hbf, the Messe and many nice restaurants. The main shopping area is 15 minutes walk away or if you don't feel like walking you can just take the Underground to...
