Dear guest, we are deeply sorry that your visit at our hotel will not stay in good memory - thank you for sharing this. As already mentioned in the conversation with our Front Office Manager, due to your previous departure and our occupancy we had to charge the room. Your upgrade, the luxurious studio suites from 55 to 69 sqm in size are freshly renovated and bear the handwriting of the famous Frankfurt interior designer Bergit Countess Douglas. The design – including exclusive antique furniture, a large marble bathroom with rain shower and a bathtub with flat screen TV – contribute to your sense of wellbeing. We look forward to welcoming you back soon, when you perhaps will try one of our other room categories. I hope that your child is feeling better. With kind regards, Spiridon Sarantopoulos

Amazing room service, best burger I ever had!
Tub mold!
Mine did and, at least according to the Hotel's website, all the room-types are supposed to as well.

Dear guest, many roads lead to the beautiful Frankfurter Hof- you may choose public transport - the cost is around 9-10 € and takes 20 minutes. Taxis/cabs take 20-30 Minutes and should not be more than € 40,- (except rush hours) . A private transfer bei VIP shuttle ranges from 120-140 € per way. We wish you safe travels!
