We stayed in this Hotel for 7 nights. Not in a very good area. Brealfast not up to much. Staff are not friendly. Think this Hotel should only have a two star rate. Would not use it again nor would we recommend it. I think they should remove the name "Grand" as it is far from that.

Everything about this hotel sinks the spirits. From the cheap decor and furnishings to the naff LED lights behind the bar; you get the impression that the uncomfortable and badly laid out rooms are designed to be rented by the hour to the visitors of the nearby red light district, rather than by business people or tourists staying for several...

The room is nice and the WiFi was included (however I think it's free only with certain types of room). The breakfast has variety of sausages, eggs, as well as cold buffet and more. It is also well located (close to the main shopping street and U/S Bahn). I was heading to Eschborn every day for work, which is a...

A very average hotel in my opinion which is located in a sketchy neighbourhood near the central station. A double room contained 2 single beds with very hard pillows and breakfast was very just catered for the Arabic customers. Hotel offers wifi which seemed to be of an acceptable speed.

Nice hotel near the center and the Zeil. Breakfast was limited but of good quality with the usual suspects. The receptionist was friendly. I slept in the annex. Room was clean and quiet. Not much more really to say,

The owners of the "Dream" tried to get the four stars in the cheapest way, which was successful. When I have a look at other four stars hotels, then there are worlds between these and the Grand Hotel Dream. Everything feels cheap there. The gym is nearby not usable. The neighbourhood belongs to the worst in Frankfurt. I'm a big...

Unfortunately it was a big mistake booking this hotel. The location is central but in a shady neigbourhood. The staff was badly trained and not professional. They gave you the ffeling you bother them with the most simple questions. Moreover they got my invoice wrong when I checked out and refused to change it afterwards. The room was small and...

We went for the Christmas Markets. . Hotel is in a good position for this and also the main shopping streets. It is clean , well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had no problems walking in the immediate vicinity. But we can see how some people might be uneasy. The breakfast was fine. Noise levels were acceptable....

My husband and I stayed at the Grand Hotel Dreams on December 3, 2015 and we can't say enough good things about this hotel. It was a bit of a challenge to find but once we did it was well worth the walk. The location was perfect for shopping and walking to the Old Town Christmas Market. The staff was...

As I was in Grand Hotel Dream few years ago, and I found as a hotel with excellent position and also good service, so I recently made a nonrefundable reservation for my parents. Unfortunately, the reason for trip is father’s illness and unfortunately two days before trip we realized that he is not in condition to travel (I offer to...
