I spent 3 nights here while attending a business fair nearby. I was given room 17 which was very large. I loved the old fashion sense to the room the Arabic cushions and curtain. The bathroom was not quite so inspirational, with a sink which wouldn't hold water and only a handheld shower head. The breakfast buffet was very minimal...

This is an old hotel. Reception is on level 2 but there is a lift. The staff were excellent with recommendations etc. The room was a good size and whilst old style it was comfortable. The bathroom was similar. Breakfast is expensive at 12 euros per person. The location is great. It is an easy walk from Dammtor station and...

We arrived at the Hotel and realised that the promised free Parking did not exist, so we parked in the underground carpark of the Hotel opposite, which cost us €18 a day. The Hotel is on the first floor, a small grubby lift gets you there, My general impression was that this Hotel was more like a Hostel. The view...

This hotel is in a old building that used to be apartments. At first I thought I was in the wrong place, but after I checked it out, I was sold. The position is Fantastic, closed to the Alster lake and good restaurants. Breakfast has what you need for a good start.

Centrally located, just 5 minutes walk from the Dammtor railway station, this hotel is a good choice. The staff is very friendly, the place is clean, and the rooms are large. For the typical business/tourist trip I can recommend this place. If you need more than accomodation with breakfast, you might want to look for a different hotel, though...

I stayed here to attend a conference at the university and the location of this hotel was perfect. It is also very close to the conference centre and the Dammtor station and within walking distance of several other sights. I chose a 'single-room economy' (room 26) which was practical and had everything you would need for a business stay. The...

We stayed in room 5 for 3 nights in April 2016. the room is fully designed in red which i liked. it has large windows (lots of daylight) and lots of space in general. everything was clean and the bed was comfy. best of all was the beautiful bathroom with a bathtub. very relaxing. The hotel itself is kinda unique....

The building itself is really nice already, quite close to the conference centre (5-7 main walk), and the staff at the reception very welcoming and friendly. For the first time I actually had the feeling somebody put thought into the setup/features of the room. The bathroom had a little glass shelf to put your stuff on (many times I miss...

+ The Stage Theater is just a 10 Minutes drive away from the hotel. Rooms are minimalistic but elegant and wonderfully designed. - The only negative aspect is the breakfast which parts you from 12 euros. Better be heading towards the next bakery and have some breakfast there. Otherwise definitely worth a stay!

I was in Hamburg for a conference, but travelling with my husband and two small children (one baby, one three-year old). I booked a triple room, assuming they'd just add in a third bed. But I was delighted to discover that they'd actually allocated us a suite, with a completely separate second bedroom leading off the main one. As you...

“Make sure you get a room away from the street. - this was what spoild my sleep, a lot of noise from the street. But if you close the window you can not hear the noise, it is just so if it is very hot you might like to sleep with open window !!!”
