Reviewed 2 July 2014 via mobile Budget hotel does not mean filthy room and poor facilities.
The exterior doesn't create a good first impression, rubbish left outside the entrance and the whole area could do with a litter pick and sweep and that's before you attend to the exterior cosmetics.
