Had so much high hopes for this.
Ok I knew only one night would be enough.
What I didn't expect (and the first time in my life) was me leaving the hotel at 4am to go sleep in the car !

the hostel was just all right, I little disappointing, I must admit.
I paid 92€ for a single room with single bad and shared bathroom.
It was supposed to be shared by 3 rooms but in the hallway that took to my room, and where...More
This hotel is a novelty but that wears off quick so would recommend for a short stay but no longer than two nights. Our room was fine but the duvet was extremely thin, not want you want in the Berlin winter. Our bathroom was also...More
I can think of only 2 reasons for staying here and that's Berghain and Ostbahnhof station. I think it's by far the closest accommodation to the superclub and one of the closest to Ostbahnhof station, but that doesn't mean i'd stay here again for visiting...More

When you arrive at Warschauer Strasse in the heart of the district, you have found one of Berlin’s party hotspots. At night in Friedrichshain, the energy is palpable and the streets of this old worker's quarter are full of street musicians. On one hand, you may find a bar with international crowds, electronic music, long lines and panoramic views - on the other, an outside venue by old train yards featuring decrepit
buildings and live alternative music. No matter your taste, the best way to end a night out in Friedrichshain is sitting by the Spree River at the East side gallery, the longest and best preserved piece of the Berlin Wall, watching the sun rise over the beautiful Oberbaum Bridge.
