Reception of the hotel is laundry room, you hear noises at night you don't know if people are fighting in your floor or in the street. very unsafe to go there. Staff very rude. I have asked for 1 more pillow she said no- 1 pillow for 1 guest.

Noise from everywhere. Very rough attitude from the staff, didn't feel welcomed and even when I have left the lady was extremely busy and unprofessional . broken shower. very very very dodgy area and building.

We arrived at around 7pm to Birth City Hotel, a train ride away from Berlin centre. The first thing we notice is the area seems a bit dodgy. The hotel is located in between two brothels. I had a bad feeling as soon as we walked in, there is so reception to deal with customers checking in or out. The staff just rudely deal with you in the hall way. I was informed when I made the booking that I would be able to pay with card but when I turned up they wanted cash up...

lowest price, but the room was a little bit old! there isn't breakfest in the hotel, but yuo can get a cup on cafe near in a bistrot on the corner of the street/but german cafe is horrible!!!/ hotel is old but clean, bus station 300 m /bus go directly to the aeroport, don't need to change a correspondacne!, cafe...

Me and my german class travled to berlin in september 2006. Unfortunally we ended up in this hotel!! The service was horrible and the rooms...!!:S All the rooms had different standards!
