How I wish there were other hotels like this one in other major European cities! It is such a good hotel you just can't miss! The room gives you sexy feeling - it is well designed, with fresh modern style. The cost is really reasonable (we paid around 100EUR for double without breakfast). Next to the hotel (on your way...

The hotel is very close to two metro stations and within easy walking distance of Museum Island and other tourist sites. The hotel is modern and clean and the bedrooms well furnished. The restaurant menu was limited and quite expensive but at dinner the food was excellent. The breakfast was expensive and not up to the standard of the rest...

The Decor is what makes this place so different as there is a money theme to it... including on the carpets! They left tissues in the room that had the appearance of money and they even went as far as to scatter chocolate coins on the bed. Quite amusing really, certainly never seen this anywhere else before. The hotel itself...

A great location from which to explore Berlin. Located within 50metres of two U-bahn stations and walking distance from most of the sights. Very helpful and friendly staff from the moment we walked through the doors. Comfortable clean rooms. A lovely bar to relax in after exploring the city. A great place for busines or pleasure to stay in Berlin.

I stayed at this property on the 4th March for a 2 night duration. On arrival the staff greeted us with great service and dealt with our party of 11 in no time. I was amazed with the decor of the hotel. Its styled in the theme of a wall street banking and stock exchange this (as you can see...

I always go to a hotel with no huge expectations, as photo’s and reviews can often lie! We travel constantly, and have stayed in some dives… likewise, we have stayed in some very, very nice resorts/hotels. This one definitely falls under the latter category. Wow. Absolutely blown away. The breakfast is by far the best buffet breakfast I have ever...

Hotel rooms are clean and spacious with high ceilings. Sliding bathroom door that didnt close perfectly that left around an inch gap. But this coincides with the hotels funky designed rooms. Hotel very good location, around 100m from Markisches Museum U-Bahn stop and only 2 stops to Alexanderplatz. Hotel bar had great selection and was priced equivalently to Berlin bars....

The hotel is located in central Berlin, in between two U Bahn stations, so it is very easy to get to and access public transport from. You can also easily walk to some of the key sites; it only took 10 minutes to walk across to the Gendarmenmarkt for example. The front of the hotel has character and the main...

Staying in Mitte

Neighbourhood Profile
The centre of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighbourhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
