Luxury hotel centrally located in Berlin. It is closing to Berlin's shopping district, Kaiser Wilheim Memorial Church, Berlin Zoo (Berlin Zoological Garden) and Tiergarden. The staff were professional and friendly. We had forgotten our electrial converter and the hotel kindly loaned us several.
Stayed here on a quick stopover for only 1 night. Wish I had more time here. The front desk was one of the most helpful I've ever experienced and were informative and efficient.
The beds were perfect and comfortable the room was very spacious and...More

Bonjour Aaron M,
Thank you so much for your positive review -it is a pleasure to read it.
Looking very much forward to welcoming you back here in Berlin!
All the best,
I've never written reviews before, but after a dreamy 4-night stay at this superb hotel, I really feel I must. I won't go into a list of amenities and advantages in staying here which you could read elsewhere, but will say that my birthday celebrations...More
I think this will be my last review of the Sofitel (certainly not my last visit there!). I've been there every year since 2005, I've reviewed them - or their predecessor - ever since and they never change. They're perfect (well, nearly. Ever since 2005 I've...More

Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighbourhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop
down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theatres close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
