Booked for 9 nights in a self contained apartment, Room 1 - and moved out after 3 nights.

We booked this apartment through Booking.com for 4 nights, Wednesday till Sunday. We normally visit Berlin every year. We were tempted to book this place as they advertise their rooms as “soundproof”. Location was great however with Berlin’s communication network you can stay anywhere unless...More
Booked via Booking.com: quite a deceitful description I must say!
- Check in from 14.00: arrived at 15.00 and my room was not ready yet;

Excellent location v well connected to transport, good bars and restaurants. Lovely apartment, staff really helpful and lent me a charger when I forgot mine and relaxed atmosphere. Perfect for sightseeing and Christmas markets.

Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighbourhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop
down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theatres close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
