Absolutely amazing! Wonderful hospitable staff. Very luxurious apartments with everything you need to be comfortable. I recommend this place to anybody visiting Berlin who do not require the impersonal international hotels. Also, very good location within walking distant to many shops, restaurants and bars.

Me, my husband and our little daughter (11 months) just loved the place. The apartment was spacious (incl. the bathroom) and cosy, and the kitchen fully equiped. The staff is very kind and helpful. The food and drinks in 'the kitchen' downstairs are delicious, you must try the muesli for breakfast, even if you are not a big fan!

Stunning apartments. Large, well equipped, clean, nice furniture and interiour design - all perfect. Add great staff and exceptional service in general. And yes, the breakfast served in the reception area is super. Look no further!

What can we say that hasn't already been said. Great apartment with interesting and different decor and everything of the highest quality. There's an excellent, relaxing vibe to the whole place - even the room contract was written with such eloquence. Great staff only too eager to please, helped us out on a number of occasions. Everything was just perfect - from the moment the reservation was made to the moment we had to check out. Didn't wanna leave our beautiful cosy Schmidt apartment which had everything one may need and made us feel at home there. Ladies would surely appreciate the design of the apartment and all the small details that make our life easier...

Flawless characterful friendly apartments that are great value and deservedly popular. I asked for a particular room type by email before arrival and they met my request effortlessly and perfectly. The fridge was filled as requested also, and arriving at 11pm to fresh milk, wine and nibbles is bliss. Great design and ethos and it feels very much like the...

Our group of 6 persons visited Berlin for 5 nights and have been searched for a suitable holiday rental online for a while. Eventually, the nice reviews in Tripadvisor pointed us to the Circus Apartment. The "Circus" group operates an hotel, hostel and this apartment in the Mitte region of Berlin. For this apartment, it is a fully renovated building...

These modern and extremely pleasant apartments are an excellent choice if you are spending more than a couple of days in Berlin. Accommodation is very spacious and contains all modcons. Service is first class and very helpful. Situated in quiet street in old East Berlin close to a subway station, many restaurants nearby.

I stayed here last september. The apartments are great! Clean and really spacious. Wifi works perfect, and they actually give you an iPad in room. Decoration is modern. Rooms are a little dark. The only low is the location, not so walking distance from attractions. Subway station is 10-15 min. walk.

Our family of 5 stayed for 12 days from July 31, in the 3 bedroom 2 bath Apt Hermann. The unit was spacious and well kept and the staff in the "Kitchen Café" were excellent and quite helpful. The location was close to many attractions and transportation. It was our first time in Berlin and we could not have chosen...

Staying in Mitte

Neighbourhood Profile
The centre of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighbourhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
