This hotel seems much more at sites like booking.com than it is really is. Swimming pool is open only at certain hours, might be some evenings after 8pm before you van enter. Breakfast is very expensive, walk 5 minutes and you have fresh bread with eggs at the local bakery around the corner. In the evening there is absolutely nothing...

Rooms are standard buisness hotel standard, except no aircon, clean and well appointed, it is park of the Schlosspark Klinik so it it a bit disconcerting to see Doctors and nurses running about downstairs, but that doesn't bothere me, a few mins walk from Schloss Charlottenburg within easy reach of public transport, What I aprticularly like is the peace and...

We booked this for our trip to Europe. The site boasted of a luxurious, 4 star hotel. We got there and it is old, dirty, and outdated. No air conditioning or Internet. Worn carpet, very dirty balcony. we had our daughter with us and opted to leave and go to another, safer feeling hotel. The "pool" is a shared pool...

We stayed 2 nights at the Schlosspark. It was very easy to find and there is plenty of free parking. We had a double room on the first floor with doors opening out onto the garden, patio furniture and sun loungers. The beds were 2 singles pushed together and there was a minibar and a seating area. The staff were...

We booked Schlosspark Hotel because it was close to where our friends lived and a very decent price for the amenities. At first, I was a little discerned because it is co-located with a medical clinic. The hotel room was clean, although some older style furniture to include the CRT TV and 1 English station (CNN International). While the beds...

I cannot fault the customer service at the Schlosspark hotel. Having stayed here only for work, I can say it has been a pleasure every time. As the hotel is set on a quiet suburban road, there are no streetlights flooding into the room nor noises from traffic - ideal for a deep night's sleep. The breakfast is a fairly...

Great safe location in Berlin's picturesue Charlottenburg suburb. Easy walk to the Schloss and many good eateries covering all tastes and budgets. Large rooms with balconies - stayed a few times now and it is very nice to be given the same room if it is available. Lovely balconies overlooking the gardens. Typical German high quality everywhere and excellent helpful...

The quality of the hotel is really at a very high standard. Very clean everywhere and the rooms were big and spacious. The bathroom was in an excellent condition and we had easy access to a small garden outside. The breakfast was fantastic and had a huge variety of food and the service as also very friendly. We took our...

We spent five nights here for a very reasonable price: about as cheap as I could find in its class in Berlin. The hotel is very modern, clean, and efficient, very much like a business hotel in appearance. However, it has the unusual feature of being surrounded by a large medical clinic, and even shares the use of the swimming...

Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighbourhood Profile
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighbourhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theatres close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
