Stayed here for 4 nights at the beginning of June and would recommend to anyone visiting Berlin. Location is brilliant, you can walk to many of the main sites and use the underground/overground for sites further afield. Accomodation was of a good standard and the kitchenette a real bonus, especially as there is a very good supermarket just round the...

Whole experience was fabulous Modern, spotlessly clean, best of both worlds, all the facilities of an apartment with daily room service of a hotel.Location is in the best spot for food shops and every transport link you would ever require. We will definitely return to the Adina.

The apartments are well appointed and you are very close to all transport which makes accessing Berlin very easy. Able to walk to many of the attractions but Hackesjer Markt is an exciting area with lots to discover nearby. The"free" wifi is 3rd world standard providing 1 MB of data only. You must negotiate full and proper wifi at time...

Dear Garry B, great to see that you liked our apartments as well as our location. I am sorry that the free wifi was not sufficient, but for most of our guests, the free bandwidth is appropriate for their needs. On the other hand, you have always the possibility to order a broader bandwidth at a reasonable charge. Hopefully we...

A nice hotel in a good spot close to a train station and lots of nice eateries ... with courteous and friendly staff. No faults. Nice size of room. Good air-con. Useful kitchen. Good comfy bed and decent pillows. It even has BBC1 on the telly. Good breakfast - they made me fresh fried eggs and had lots of choices....

in a perfect position close to the train and main attractions of Berlin. The self contained studio apartment was spacious, modern and comfortable. We also enjoyed having a balcony. This hotel was new and modern. It's located a block from the Hackescher Markt S-bahn station, which was very convenient for getting to and from Berlin's main train station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a lot of shopping, too. The neighborhood is trendy and bustling, but the hotel was quiet at night, which was nice. Our room was...

In America, I find apartment hotels to be boring but efficient. Not this at all. It is modern and fun looking. Unbelievable location with the area. There's a grocery store...

The location and the apartment are excellent. At the reception most of the employees were very helpful and nice except during the check in at night when there was just one person who was not able to assist all the guests that were waiting.

combining hotel and apartment services with excellent staff and super breakfast is more than you can ask for. This is a five star place. We have never been addressed directly during breakfast in a hotel before, and remembered every day.

Staying in Mitte

Neighbourhood Profile
Mitte
The centre of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighbourhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
