I really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms are a delight, the staff are super friendly. Lastly, the hotel's Butcher restaurant and bar is really good. The whole place has a kind of Soho House feel and it is in a good area

I travel a lot for business and pleasure. Some hotels are grande and others not so. Rarely do you find a hotel that you are reluctant to leave for the day and excited to get back to. I could write many, many great thing about the Sir Savigny Hotel in Berlin but I honestly believe that will ruin your surprise....

Hip, cool, comfy, stylish--great overall. Super friendly staff adds to the excellent vibe. Cool outdoor spaces. Rooms are silent even though on a sizable street. Excellent neighborhood to hang out in, too. Definitely will stay again.

What an incredible stay! These guys know hospitality. The vibe is cool + artsy, the service is personable whilst still luxury and the design is contemporary chic without compromising on charm + luxury finishes. The bed, the bed... definitely the best I've ever slept in (note: plenty of lux hotel bed experience). The location is also great + very well...

Ideal location in the Western side of Berlin, just a minute walk from the Savignyplatz S-Bahn stop so it was just perfect. Lots of restaurants around on the same street. From Schönefeld airport, it takes about an hour train and costs EUR 3.40. It's much closer to Tegel. Hauptbahnhof is on the same S-Bahn line and a few stops away....

Stayed in this hotel on business in Feb 2017. Unfortunately it was only a flying visit as the hotels design was amazing! Would highly recommend a stay here, the rooms were a fair size and beds comfy. The check in process was quick and informal. This hotel has a great location in Berlin City. If you're going to Berlin I...

I absolutely loved my stay at the Sir Savigny Hotel in Berlin. The design language, ambience, and thoughtfulness of the rooms and staff were excellent. The lobby is also a lounge and is alive and well with hipsters, artists, and designers. The rooms are very small, but incredibly comfortable with an amazing bed and well designed and compact bathroom. The...

Booked on line so not quite sure what to expect. We arrived at 10.30am on Sunday morning to be greeted by a member of staff who spent about 15 minutes telling us where to visit and providing us with maps and suggestions for our first outing in Berlin. He came back after a few minutes to tell us our room...

Sir Savigny has some great features but seems to have an identity crisis. The location is great for restaurants and transport links being just a few stops from the main sights. The decor is deliberately hipster but feels rather artificial and forced. The usual reception desk is replaced by staff who will check you in at a dining table. This...

Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighbourhood Profile
Charlottenburg
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighbourhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theatres close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.

Sir Savigny, an entitled member of the SIR hotels family, breathes a creative spirit into the hip heart of the old West. His luxury boutique hotel is a gateway to Berlin's upscale Charlottenburg area, situated directly on the famous Savignyplatz in the City West's vibrant Art Nouveau district, with-in walking distance from the legendary Kurfurstendamm, Berlin's shopping oasis. Sir Savigny himself is a cultivated yet witty cosmopolitan culinary host for lifestyle travellers, locals and neighbours. He created the most welcoming environment with his stylish-yet-entirely-casual approach to design.
